Portia Santucci Richmond St. Wellness Centre

I came to see Portia for help with a hip issue via a recommendation from friends. I had tried everything but the pain and sleepless nights continued. Portia listened and assessed my issues and tried many variations to the therapy. She is very knowledgeable and cares very deeply for her clients. She has a calming and compassionate manner about her which is so refreshing in a professional. I am beyond grateful for all her help! Week by week I saw improvement and even though surgery was inevitable, she worked miracles to ease my pain and helped my sleeping at night. I recommend her highly and would do so in a heartbeat to anyone! Portia I don’t have the words to express how much you helped me and made such a huge difference in my quality of life while waiting for this surgery! I could not have managed without you! My wife and I had visited Dr McLaren 7 to 8 times in 2023 and for some reason she is always late (15 to 25min) Understand that if a patient is late it will cascade into the following patients but we have booked appointments in the morning and was still late.

Professionality is required, but add to that experience and Kind treatment.

They are all absolute amazing. Welcomes us with the biggest smiles and hellos. You get treated like family as soon as you enter the door. I take my son for chiropractor and she is absolutely amazing. We have seen so much improvements. All I can really say is thank you Richmond Street wellness center ♥️

I've been dealing with post-concussion syndrome for over 2 years now and after going to countless practitioners with minimal changes in my symptoms, I had almost lost hope that I would ever go a day without a headache and brain fog. Within a few visits, Dr. McLaren was able to drastically improve my symptoms to the point where I now very rarely have headaches and feel like myself again. She is knowledgeable, highly skilled, and a truly compassionate practitioner. She has given me confidence again in my body. I would recommend Dr. McLaren to anyone!

The clinic is clean, welcoming, and organized. The front desk staff always greet me with a smile (or as much as can be seen behind a mask!) and booking appointments has been easy and flexible.
