Today was my first visit. I love the system....wait to register and then get an appointment later in the day.....no hanging around. The receptionist was lovely....friendly and helpful. She made me feel very welcome. Later I had Dr. Clement to address my concern. WONDERFUL doctor. He was patient, warm and extremely knowledgeable. He never hurried me. He explained my issue and gave a solution. I felt great when I left! Thank you.

Went to the clinic and after a few questions, the doctor prescribed antibiotics. I asked the doctor to send my prescription to another pharmacy. He said he would, but somehow it ended up at the pharmasave attached to the clinic. I'm told this is not the first time they hijack prescriptions and based on their reaction to our complaint, I believe it. The store is also very dirty, floors were full of salt at opening this morning. If you have to go to this clinic, ask for the prescription on paper so you can bring where YOU want.

Today I went with my two young kids, the walk in clinic staff and pharmacy staff were absolutely amazing with them & with how they were just playing.

I was seen super quickly and efficiently as was my prescription. Filled, paid and left within 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing and welcoming. What a great addition to Rockland!

Used the walk-in clinic service on Good Friday for my 19 month old, for a suspected ear infection. The customer service, advice and cleanliness of the space is phenomenal. We were in and out with antibiotics in less than an hour! Highly recommend, we are fortunate to have such a great facility in our community.

I've been twice to this clinic and have been frustrated both times. The first time was to get a tetanus shot, something that must be administerred by a doctor, not a pharmacist. I was turned away with them saying they don't give that vaccine at the clinic. With no GP, I ended up going to the hospital instead for a simple shot. The second time I went was as a follow-up from a hospital visit for a workplace injury. Again they turned me away, this time saying they only treat acute issues and don't do WSIB claims. I was advised to follow-up with my GP, but I don't have one. Most of the population in the region lacks a family doctor. How are we supposed to get medical care and avoid crowding hospital ERs if the walk in clinic doesn't support regular issues?
