This was our first experience with Rockwood. We wanted to rebuild a kitchen island. From the minute we entered the Rockwood store in Newmarket/east Gwillimbury and met with Kyra our dream became a reality. Kyra was so easy to work with and her knowledge about the product and design skills were welcome. The cupboards are well made and the finish is exactly what we had envisioned. Timelines were met and install of the cupboards and counter top was seamless. We are very happy customers

I partnered with Rockwood to complete a built in office project in my home. Kyra from the Newmarket location was amazing to work with! From design to install everything went smoothly. I am pleased with the quality and value of the work. Our installer Matt was also fantastic and had great attention to detail.

Kitchen cabinets are very flimsy to say the least! Less than 2 years old and cabinet doors warping at bottom. Lower moulding not secured properly. Base trim coming away from lower kitchen cabinets! We are an elderly couple. Very gentle on our cabinets! Away once a year for 6 months at a time! Highly disappointed with the quality of the cabinets after replacing a 37 year old kitchen with solid oak cabinets and not a mark on them. Was told One Year WARRANTY NO EXCEPTIONS! To replace one door $180.00 plus tax. Very sorry, I replaced my beautiful oak kitchen for this low grade imitation wood! Think long and hard what your new replacements might be. A very sad old lady😭

We have a small floor plate, and limited options to expand the kitchen, but Ann worked hard to provide multiple options and iterations which resulted in the perfect kitchen for our space and family. Ann, and Rockwood, were a pleasure to work with throughout and met all of our custom requests without hesitation. Delivery was on time and complete. Install was smooth and high quality, and the very minor deficiencies were addressed quickly. We are very happy with our Rockwood Kitchen. Jen & Dean

I highly recommend Rockwood kitchens working with Anne in the design and selection of our kitchen was a pleasure. She helped us design a one of a kind kitchen.And even went out of her way to provide us with finishing touches that were out of the norm for what they would normally do. All of the timelines were met and the installation by mike was was done very quickly and beautifully. He even ladies down running mats and left everything tidy when he left each day. Anne even followed up with us a couple.of time after the install to ensure we were happy. .High quality materials at very competitive prices. Thanks

I can't recommend Rockwood Kitchens enough! From the first meeting and design phase with Anne S., she expertly guided the whole process, making sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Anne is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions with professionalism. The cabinet installer, Stephen, showed real expertise and did a perfect job. As for the countertop team, led by David with Steven and Jimmy, they were like a well-oiled machine, delivering exceptional workmanship. Rockwood Kitchens not only met but exceeded my expectations with a fantastic kitchen at a great price. I'd definitely choose them again!

I would like to thank the designer (Kara), manager (Kelly), warehouse staff and installer (John) for such a pleasant experience creating, organizing and installing our new kitchen. They created our dream kitchen and we couldn't be happier!
The owners of Rockwood should understand its the people that put this all together that makes your business shine. Your staff were able to work through challenges of backorders to meet our timelines, in order for us to move into our new home. I am sure it was very stressful for them. Knowing that backorders are common, (by seeing this highlighted in other reviews) Rockwood owners should think outside of the box to ensure you can deliver the products on time that you promote.
You have very talented and caring people working for you that need to be recognized and compensated for the outstanding work they do.
The 5 stars I gave are for the staff at Rockwood! Thank you!
