An outstanding experience from start to finish! I ordered the Romeo y Julieta No. 2, and the process was simple and the delivery was lightning-fast. The cigar was expertly packaged and arrived in perfect condition. 5 stars! Will order again!

Very disappointing experience. The slim Asian lady with long hair, who I’ve seen most often, is not very professional. She never offered cigar cutting service, and when I asked, the cut was shallow and poorly done—ruining my $50 cigar completely.

For a place like this, I expected better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this lounge.

To date I have only had online shopping experiences, all of which have been fantastic. All orders have been shipped quickly, packaged safely and effectively. I've had a few product specific questions and have always received prompt answers via email. Nothing but positive experiences with my online shopping. Hope to visit the store in person soon.

Overall a good place for cigars. The selection was rather small but the sticks were well humidified. The prices were better than in downtown. Wish the cigars were placed in bags with mini Boveda packs. I'll be back though, it was a positive experience!
