I cannot get enough of these truffle products! I put truffle on everything. I use the oil in my eggs and omelettes, on my popcorn and to elevate any pasta dish. I love love love it all. I also have their honey that I drizzle over my charcuterie boards 💕. Wanda is a super amazing gal with so much knowledge and experience. I took her charcuterie making class and now my charcuterie boards are a hit in the neighbourhood! I highly recommend all the Root44 products!!!

Wanda organized 2 wonderful days in Istria (Croatia) for us including a trip to her family’s truffle farm with truffle hunt followed by a 3 course truffle meal. It was exceptional. Highly recommend this experience!

If you’re looking to experience the best of Croatia, you need to read this! My family and I went on a 10 day, privately curated tour of Croatia. Wanda organized and led our adventure from start to finish. As soon as we arrived in Zagreb, she took care of everything! We experience culinary delights and enjoyed fine wines, we learned about the history of the small towns and medieval villages we visited and took in breathtaking landscape views. We took so many photos to try to hold on to all the memories we made, but quite honestly, none of them compare to the way we felt on this adventure! It was a life changing experience and we highly recommend Wanda and ROOT44 tours for a private or group adventure. If you love experiencing the best of the best, then this is for you.

Had a wonderful time and learned so much about Croatia. Such a beautiful spot. We travelled back in ancient times and forward into modern day. Amazed at the incredible history and super happy to get to the Family Forest and Rovinj being the icing on the cake for the finish. Certainly could have used a couple more days there! Wanda was a gracious host and speaking the language was a bigger help than she is even aware.

This was a trip of a lifetime & a wonderful balance between::
- gastronomy (brandy, wine, truffle, olive oil, & strukle tastings)
- history (touring 3 Roman walled villages on mountaintops,)
- architecture (Roman, Autro-Hungarian, Yugoslavian, Croatian)
- plenty of time for self-guided walks through museums, parks, beaches, & shopping.

Wanda's love for her heritage is evident and she helped us see beyond what is listed in a tour book while ensuring that all guests are pampered. This is a perfect opportunity for individual attention (our group was limited to 8) & welcoming to solo travelers with or without international travel experience.
