I just recently became a client here after moving to this area. Staff is absolutely the best and I was very happy with my first appointment. It took several months to get in after registering but am delighted with the care my husband and I have received. They went out of their way to get our prescriptions renewed even before our first in person appointments.

=it is MANDATORY the clinic ask about your family doctor AND that they MUST turn you down if you dont meet the ELIGIBILITY requirements. No more temper-tantrum 1 star reviews, please.

Reception/screening= pleasant, polite, caring and patient.

Medical staff= COMPASSION is real here. The most recent, up-to-date training. pleasant, cheerful, patient and understanding.

I feel extremely lucky to be a patient here.

I went there the other day with a serious medical issue. The lady at the desk was nosey and asking all sort of personal questions from my Job to my age to what part of town I lived in. Very rude. Then she gives me an appointment for May 3rd. Lol. I asked her if there were any doctors in the area that I could see quicker due to the condition I came in. She said ' no no you won't find and other doctor up here sooner. Funny because I called the SOUTH MUSKOKA WAlK-IN clinic and got in the next day. As well the doctor I seen is taking me on as my family doc. I live in Rosseau and have loved it here so far . My friend moved here a few years ago and had a similar experience with this ROSSEAU NURSING STATION. Zero professional attitude. Maybe if I was dressed in a suit may have helped
Don't go to this place. The waiting room floor was filthy as well.

Very rude. I called to make an appointment, the nurse asked for my dr's name, and mentioned it was out of the region. She told me to call my Dr and make an appointment. She did not even ask me the nature of my call.

Dont call here unless your registered with them. Wont let you make an apt for anything
