The clinic I go to - fantastic. The medical centre - terrible.

God forbid you lose your parking ticket.

My clinic validates parking so even though you're there for an hour and a half, they only charge you $5. Well, if you lose your ticket, the condescending centre staff that run the atrocity they call parking will give you flippant attitude, tell you you have to pay the entire lost ticket price (which is the full day rate) of $15.25. It's a robbery - the greedy property owners who prey off of people that HAVE to be there, trying to make a quick buck by cashing in on the one thing that made this property actually reasonable to go to before. Not only that, but they are incapable of fixing things, renovating offices, and cleaning up after themselves.

If I could give this centre 0 stars, I would, mainly because of the staff they have there treating their patrons like nothing more than a few extra dollars.

EDIT: I'm just going to park on the road beside the building next time. The ticket is $20 and you get the thrill of possibly not paying the outrageous parking prices at all. If I can take even one parking fee from these disgusting, greedy, and ego-inflated property owners, I will.

Very busy place. Parking fees are reasonable. The medical staff are wonderful. My wife's urologist was running behind schedule, but he took the time to listen to his patients, and that was why.

Went for a follow-up visit with my urologist, Dr. Hoare. Can't say enough about Dr. Hoare and his staff, my surgery went so well. I recommend women or men who need help. Get a referral from your family doctor to see Dr. Hoare, you will not be sorry

Paid parking is such a cash grab. It take you 10 mins to get in the lot when it is busy. The cash grab just slows things down unnecessarily.

If I could find a new doctor that wasn't in this building I would.

I sadly do not like this medical center. The staff and the people who work in the different offices that's a whole other story. They are amazing people that work there it's just the medical center itself and it's overly expensive parking.

You can be there for maybe a bit over an hour or so and you'll end up paying about $5.50 just to park for doctor appointment which is quite insane in 2023.

The other issue here is how poorly designed the building was. It was built on a hill so when you park your vehicle at the back you have to walk upstairs which those with disabilities and movement issues and up having to struggle going up the stairs. There's obviously a ramp as well but I mean those people who are using crutches and forearm crutches and things like that will find those even more difficult years later.

The stairs also pools up water that can make it also quite dangerous to walk up the stairs during extreme low temperatures.

The handles as well going up and down the stairs have no grip on it so when it gets wet it becomes extremely slippery and hard for anyone to grasp on they require to grasp onto the handles going up the stairs outside.

Once again this is only an issue with the building and the parking and not the offices or staff that work at this building.

You won't get perfect stars for me but you would get a little higher stars if you can fix the stair drainage so it doesn't pool water and fix the railings to have grip tape on it.
