Royal Oaks was recommended to me by Dr. Moores after my hospital stay.

We are new to the area and didn't have a local pharmacy.

Am I ever glad Dr. Moores recommended Matt and Royal Oaks. They are definitely the only pharmacy I will use now for my diabetic supplies and all my medication. Matt remembered everything about me after only meeting me once when I returned two weeks later for a new prescription. I'm clearly not just another number like I was at other large pharmacies before moving to the area.

Fantastic experience! This is an awesome pharmacy. 5 stars, would recommend.

We had been using another pharmacy in Wingham who never had refills ready when we put them in, even with 24h+ notice. Royal Oaks had everything ready promptly and let me know one of my prescriptions wasn’t in stock and would be about 24 hours. If I needed it asap they would call around. I really appreciated the communication.

When I went in to pick up, they couldn’t have been a nicer bunch. Would 100% absolutely recommend this pharmacy if you’re looking for something in Wingham.
