Not a walk-in clinic. It’s only for people with the family doctor associated with the building…I got turned away, but they happily told me the nearest walk in clinic. The receptionist was very nice and was understanding.

Unbelievably patient and do not force you to speed up or feel like I need too, dual practitioners too. Lots of time to think of continuous questions that may lead to a resolution(social anxiety people should like this). They will even call you so dont have to wait in waiting room.

This is NOT a Walk In Clinic, so perhaps a name change is in order.
I suggest 'Royal Simcoe Telemedicine Clinic' would prevent many of us from wasting our time going there, and it would also not use up their time (and patience - some will also be angry) having to tell everyone else who goes there based on the name.

What is this place. Read the google reviews and chose Royal Simcoe Walk-In, worst medical experience ever, and I live in Ontario. Wait time was as pathetic as all other walk-ins/Hospital Emergency Rooms across the province but....
When we were finally called we went into a 6'x 6' examination room which was filthy and in complete disarray. Nice enough guy but the preliminary exam was a waste of time. Video conferenced a Doctor remotely which was about as helpful. I'd be better off with my own Rx pad and WebMD. If I could give a 0 I would.

They are like you want it take the medicine or go to some other place rather than explaining things better.

Had to go in on a Saturday and the process from beginning to end took maybe 15 minutes, including registering, talking to a doctor over the phone, and getting my prescription. Amazing

The doctor appears on Skype lol It was interesting and surprisingly reliable and satisfied. Only complain is.. They need more chair in the clinic. Otherwise some people need to stand up while wating.

It is useless. Waste of time. Dr pretends that she cares, and you never hear back from them.
The gentleman that works there is lost. He can't tell you anything, he doesn't know anything, he doesn't email my blood results, and then he doesn't know what to say and starts lying...
