Safescapes did a fantastic job on our old front and back cemented patios. The backyard looks fantastic - like a brand new space!

They went above and beyond with some very challenging issues.

We had initially chosen a bamboo colour which was very nice in the back but we felt it was a bit bright for the front - Paul and his crew, without hesitation, reformulated the colour to our liking. Paul had to bring additional product in a different colour all the way from Burlington (about an hour away).

The front step required quite a bit of demolition of the old pavers that were adhered to the concrete base. One of the risers was completely crumbled behind the pavers and had to be rebuilt to sustain the facing. (see pic).The team worked very hard, in horrible heat, and removed , repaired and cleaned everything beautifully.

After the work was done, we felt that the slope of the front step was not enough to drain away water from our front door. We sent an email and immediately got a phone call from Paul. The next day they showed up promptly and raised part of the surface. It is perfect now.

A friend stopping by took photographs of the work because she was so impressed by how nice it looks.

We would highly recommend this company - they've got it all - great customer service, fantastic work, and a beautiful product.

We had Safescapes install their rubber surfacing product around our indoor lap pool. We have several small grandchildren and wanted a non-slip surface. We absolutely love the product! It looks great, the company representatives and installers were friendly and polite, and no slipping! Matt and his team installed their beautiful product over our cracked cement around our pool. They did a very professional job, keeping the dust to a minimum during the grinding stage. Four seasons later this product still looks brand new! We love it! Bonus, compared to cement there is no pressure washing each year when we open the pool. Very Happy with the product!

We recently had Safescapes do the concrete pad area around our backyard inground pool. It is incredible how great this has turned out. The pool and concrete deck area was over 50 years old ( we have been here for over 40 years), large pool in great shape but the concrete pads had shifted up and down in many spots and was a bit of a mess to look at, although nothing had ever cracked. Original coping stone around the pool even. We had quotes from other companies, Safescapes was not the lowest price but I am so glad we chose them. They grinded , black rubber leveled many uneven areas, and applied the top finish finer rubber surface in two days, as promised. The work is quality, the company is great to deal with and I would say the installer Nathan and his crew were so good, so thorough, detailed and professional it’s just transformed the old pool deck into something amazing. It’s like we have a brand new pool ! Very pleased with the work.

Two years ago we decided it was time to deal with the twenty year old cracking concrete around our pool and called ORI (now Safescapes) for some advice. It turned out to be the best call we ever placed! The rubber deck that they installed not only covered up all the ugly, uneven sections in our concrete but also looked beautiful and was amazingly comfortable to walk on. The installation was quickly and carefully done by a very professional crew. After two years the rubber stills looks brand new and continues to have the cushy, soft feel that protects bare feet.

This year unfortunately we had a leak in one of our pool jets. In order to repair the pipe, we had to dig up part of our lovely rubber deck and then fill with concrete. Once the repair was completed we contacted Paul at Safescapes to have the deck repaired and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The deck looks perfect once again after the great patch work the crew did. We highly recommend Safescapes and hope to have them beautify another area in our yard in the future.

Absolutely amazing work from Paul and his team at ORI covering our cracked and discolored stamped concrete! Did not expect the finished result to be as impressive as it turned out.ORI is one trustworthy and attentive company with workers that are very thorough, clean and friendly. Communication between myself and Paul was always immediate and any concerns were always dealt with promptly. We are beyond happy with our front, side and back walkways as well as our patio and barbecue areas. We’ve had neighbors and friends complement their work almost daily for the past week.
