As a new patient, I’m incredibly impressed by the staff at Saintsbury Dental! My experience has been great - always welcomed by a friendly face at the desk, always a pleasure to talk to on the phone, and Dr. Steven’s attention to detail is AAA+ service and care. It’s very clear that they care about their clients and want them to have a good experience at their appointments. I can’t say I look forward to going to the dentist, but I’m never dreading going to them! They make me feel at ease and looked after every step of the way.

We chose this place because of some reviews. It is a pretty place but all of that fluff doesn’t hide the attitudes these young, snobby, unprofessionals that don’t respect a mothers choices for no fluoride. They forced these massive X-rays on you without asking and charge a huge amount for them when it is totally unnecessary work. I told them I didn’t want all of these X-rays one was a total head X-ray and 3-4 others!!! The Dentist, hygienist and assistants and front desk are so rude to people it’s about them and not about you. The dentist gets very angry when you don’t want to do what he wants. They don’t inform me of how long my appointment would be and it was a 2 hrs appointment at least they said! They didn’t tell me about that previously and I had another appointment later that day. Mininum 2 hrs is a lot of time in a chair it would have been nice to let me know. I was forced to cut the appointment short and the front desk wanted to charge me for the whole appointment before the work was even done!! Then I heard and saw the dentist and a snotty hygienist talk to each other about me. I told the front desk that I probably won’t be back after seeing them talk behind my back (hygienist pointed at me) and dentist nodded and hygienist was laughing. That was when she told
me to pay for the whole appointment that wasn’t even completed! They kept pushing something he kept calling “medicine” in the teeth fillings when I asked for the name of it he was very reluctant to tell me; he just kept saying it was a special “medicine” and I continued to probe what the name of this “medicine” was and he finally gave the name and I looked it up; it causes crazy long term health concerns so I refused to allow it in my kids teeth! My daughter had a “special treatment” to lighten a few white spots on her frount teeth. She’s just little and they put a rubber cover over her nose and mouth. She started to cry during and at the end of the “treatment” and she told me after that the dentist had covered her nose a number of times and she couldn’t breath and it scared her. I was holding her hand and she started to squeeze it and I asked if she was ok and he persisted to say oh we are almost there she kept squeezing my hand and he continued to cover her breathing!! The dentist actually argued with me over the needless radiation for X-rays they wanted to do on my whole family. He also argued that the flouride is healthy for you and that he didn’t know that it causes dementia, Alzheimer’s and brain damage. Horrible place they aren’t gentle and they aren’t kind!! I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!! Especially children!

I would highly recommend this office to anyone, very clean new office and staff are super friendly. The hygienist was amazing and my teeth have never been so clean. Dr Steve was very informative and takes pride in his work. I can’t say one negative thing about my experience. I’m happy I made the switch to Saintsbury Dental.

We recently switched over to Saintsbury Family Dental and we could not be happier with our decision. The entire staff are all very friendly and welcoming, including the initial over the phone interactions. Our daughter's left their first appt. happily discussing how nice their hygienists Jenny and Britney are. It was nice to hear them speak so positively of their experience considering they do not love going to the dentist. They were all very knowledgeable and personable as well. We are definitely glad we made the switch to Saintsbury Family Dental.

I recently had my first visit to Saintsbury Family Dental, and it was a very good experience. The staff were friendly, efficient, and explained everything very well. Dr Steve was very personable and professional, making an effort to get to know his patient. The new office was very clean and has state of the art equipment that makes your visit as painless as possible. After my first appointment here, I definitely feel more comfortable and at ease with future appointments at Saintsbury Dental.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Sanderson and every staff member from receptionist to hygienist. Our entire family of 6 has gone here for years and I have lost count of the number of times they have assisted us with dental emergencies. From an infected tooth that needed pulled during a snowstorm on a Friday night, to a painful tooth that needed a root canal, to a broken wire from braces that the orthodontist couldn’t take care of for a week, they fit us in immediately every time! They are patient centered and do everything they can to help us. They have never pushed us to do any procedures or spend any money on things not needed. Our kids have never once complained about having to go to their appointments - they love their regular checkups and cleanings! So grateful for a positive experience all around and specifically for our kids who have a healthy appreciation for going to the dentist. Everyone is knowledgeable, always friendly, always helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Saintsbury Family Dental, your community is lucky to have you!
