Would like to give a very BIG shout out to Mina, she is absolutely fantastic and no one is comparable. I have seen so many different aestheticians over the years but as soon as I found Mina, I was hooked. I have been a returning client for years only choosing to see Mina; we have built a great rapport, she is knowledgeable about which facials are appropriate for you and I always leave with glowing skin! My husband treated me to a day at the spa for my birthday, so I went in for a facial, I booked the essential face facial.
The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing, I was greeted by a lovely dark skinned beautiful receptionist who brought me to the waiting area. As a black woman, seeing another black woman I thought this looks promising. At the time of my appointment, I was greeted by the lady who performed my service, I was brought to a room for my treatment.
The facial was very relaxing however, there was no consultation on my skin and the products I normally use, there was little to non communication at all during the process and at the end the lady said have a good day and walked out. The website said there would be a consultation included with all facial service however this did not happen and I was not given a mask based on my skin type as there was no discussion about my skin, there was also no massage of any kind as stated on the website Other than the beautiful black girl who greeted me I did not feel welcomed at all and won’t be returning. I’ll spend my money where I’m welcomed and I get the service as promised.

I went for a massage with Petru, he did such a an amazing job! My mum has been going to see him for years but this was my second time with him, he was very accommodating in terms of pressure and made sure to double check which areas needed the most attention.

In general, all the employees are very warm and welcoming making this such a relaxing and pleasant experience.

It’s a little on the pricey side but I always treat myself to the luxe pedicure. I’ve had many estheticians and no complaints but today I received the service from Mina and she was so thoughtful and gentle. I informed her I had ingrown nails and she took extra care and even helped me relieve some of the discomfort. She knew how much to file down the callouses on my feet without overdoing it to cause injury. I love the products they use and my feet are so soft now. I look forward to the next time I make an appointment and I will for sure keep Mina in mind if she’s available to work that day! The ambience of the spa is general is also a pleasure, quiet and comfortable
