I met with Chrystal regarding my older model CPAC machine. She amazingly showed me how to operate it. I wish I was educated when purchased and then been able to use more. She also let me experiment with different head gears and nose pieces. All the while encouraging me to start with short uses, build up to its potential and suggestions of different settings to make me comfortable with the unit.
I highly recommend her and her friendly staff.

My first time dealing with Crystal at Sarnia Home Respiratory Service was over 10 years and she and others working with and for her, have all been excellent. What I really appreciate is her going over the idiosyncrasies of new machines and masks with me and giving me time to make notes. I ask a lot of questions and she patiently answers, promptly researching the answer if she’s not 100% sure. I love their knowledge, the selection of equipment, the advice, their ability to fix problems over the phone when possible, help with replacing a broken machine , follow up assistance and check ups, and, on top of that, friendly service.

I went in without an appointment. I was seen right away. The staff was very friendly, professional and very informative. The office was clean and tidy. They give a seniors discount every Thursday. Sleep items were on display so you can take a look at things. Lots of parking. All in all my experience was amazing. Thank you and I'll be back.
