Mike responded to an issue I was having placing an order - on a Saturday evening!! - and was kind and helpful about it. He fixed the issue, and the order is on its way to us now. My order was a relatively small one but of course so important to us, and I felt treated like a valued customer. I appreciate that so much!

SCI Supply is a must for me! I've been ordering from another store where I live in Quebec for over 7 years now, and I've never been able to get the quality of service SCI Supply gives! Shipping is extremely fast, my order always arrives the next day, I couldn't be more happier! Keep up the good work, you guys are incredible! 🙂

I really want to give SCISupply 5 stars. The owner seems quite nice as do the staff but I have had too many problems that have left me short or costing me more out of pocket. From being promised 1 price than it switching to a higher price which I didn’t say anything about as I wanted to support the business. Then no auto correction or contact for holidays to adjust orders to prevent shortages. Delivery issues are not their fault but fedex so I won’t fault them there. I picked up my order and was still charged shipping however. And now I’m moving into the weekend with no order confirmation and no supplies.

These minor issues add up to a big frustration point and I would happily have been a customer for life but I need a reliable partner to purchase from and without a commitment to ensure this doesn’t happen further, I need to take my business elsewhere

I live in Toronto and began needing catheter supplies in early 2023. Knowing little else, my first purchases were at Shoppers Wellwise. The cost was wacko, and attempts at calling them were... you know. Horrible. After a little research online, I found and called SCI. Phone was answered promptly - by a person. I explained what I needed, they asked specifics, offering options. As they offered free delivery on orders over $150 (less than my Wellwise order) and their prices were substantially lower, I ordered enough for 2 months. I saved about $65. And it arrived the next day. I was sold on this company.
Today I needed copies of receipts from last year. One phone call, and they were in my inbox in 5 minutes. Try getting that kind of service from Shoppers Drug Mart.

I purchased a Urocare sleeve for a urine bag and the product will not stay up. Total waste of over seventy dollars. It is more the manufacture who is responsible than the supplier that is why the store only received two stars.

This place is amazing - that word gets thrown around too often, but it’s genuinely warranted here. I was able to purchase a box of supplies that I need for my newborn son for a literal fraction of the cost they are anywhere else. He has a intestinal issue and requires care multiple times a day. My order arrived within a few days.

The folks who work here deserve legitimate angel wings. One thousand thank yous for what you do.
