Management of this company wanted a student worker to come to class/ work after having heat problems. They were uncaring and unwilling to compromise with her about making up hours due to this heat related condition. If this is how you treat your employees, why would anyone want this company looking after their loved ones. Clearly they only care about the Capitol gains.

Best group of morning PSW’s while at home but once I moved to retirement home I was told directly from the supervisor ‘I would not get the same level of care that I received in my home’ And they think this is acceptable and I should accept getting substandard care because I moved. I can’t believe they think they can treat anybody like that. I depend 100% on their care to get transferred from my bed, their complete care including shower days. Now I’m NOT deserving of full care because of where I live? . Are they not getting paid by the government to care for me and treat me in an ethical manor. This is against everything they supposedly stand for. What about my patient rights?

Updated: SE has dumped me from their service completely because of me calling the supervisor out on above issue. 10 years and they dump me completely without a word. I never did get a reply from SE about my original complaint. I guess they just drop you if you give them a deservedly bad review.
Watch out if you living independently and need a full hour of care each visit. I’ve been told by good authority that SE is trying to transfer your services to other agencies so they don’t have to deal with you. Hopefully you don’t get the incompetent supervisor I had

I have just had an awesome experience with an SE stoma nurse. After three weeks of desperation dealing with another community provider, I emailed everyone I could find to contact. Roxie Demers was the only person from several providers who took the trouble to respond to me. She talked me through how to change to SE Health and went out of her way to visit me. I learned more from her in an hour than I had in the previous three weeks. She continues to keep in close contact to answer any questions and support my journey. SE Health can be exceptionally proud of her work. Thank you!

The PSWs are great, but the company is not reliable and cannot meet their contractual obligations. We are experiencing a 30% cancellation/ unfilled / no-show rate. It seems this company accepts government contracts knowing full well that they cannot provide the services for which they are being paid.

The coordination of PSW provided by Saint Elizabeth need A LOT of improvement! The services provided thus far for an Elderly 97 year old women was very disappointing. The home services provided by this
agency is far than satisfactory. To all PSWs think about your own family members, your mom, your grandmother when you are giving your care. Treat each individual with compassion, and great care, and most of all please call your client when you can not make the scheduled appointment. It is part of a caring individual.

Called for a check on medical problem, and they told me I was discharged and not a patient. Unbelievable, they couldn't even tell me how it was canceled.

I’m not Happy and don’t like this company se health service that my Mom is getting with this company is very poor care having a lots of issues how some PWS’’S are doing with my Moms care I have been complaining for a long time no one is listening to me or my Mom tried to reach out to the service Ontario about there services government about my concerns not good im not happy

Such a disrespectful company and you can very much tell the management is very very incompetent. Avoid this place and do not try to have your family ask them for services. They will not give you the care you need !!
