Chad came to house to help with decision for ramp, chair lift or wheel chair lift, we chose a chair lift and Chad suggested a grab bar at top step of lift. Dad liked the grab bar as it helped him with transfers.Melissa delivered dad’s wheel chair and adjusted it to fit dad. Chad delivered a hospital bed when I asked to rent one, which helped me to care for dad at home. They picked the bed up after dad passed on. I had phoned the store as I was having trouble working the chair lift, in early days, Valerie worked through process with me, the key got turned off, few chuckles and vola it worked. They have been kind enough to work with me to determine exactly what I needed in the way of help, but went above and beyond in customer service. Costs were in line or below what others originally quoted, so we have stayed with them for wheelchairs (2), several walkers, chair lifts and bath equipment. Absolute Top notch service! Thanks! I put a 500 dollar deposit down for a two button lift chair at 2400 on a Monday, wouldn't give a delivery date. My 92 year old mother in law went into the hospital Wednesday morning, not expecting her to come return home we cancelled the order and we were only given back 250 of the 500 dollars deposited. And, on top of that, on Thursday we found the same lift chair in Woodstock for 1700 dollars and delivered in 3 hours.

Note: Mother in law is doing better and is expected to return home soon, we bought the one from Woodstock.

Chad and Val are amazing. When I was looking for a stairlift for my Mom I was lost. I had been told so much about Acorn and others, so I contacted both as well as Silvercross. Val and Chad both knocked the others out of the waters. They explained things fully and their personal hands on was amazing. Heck, Chad recommended other company options for chair lift installers if his install time didn't work for us which really made it clear that it wasn't just a job/business but a calling to help people (not to be corny). When you are getting something like a stairlift that will be so vital for your loved ones reassuring to know there are real people that care about your loved ones well being as much as you do and that's what I have found with Val and Chad at this location. Which is why when I required additional mobility equipment they were my first choice and will continue to be in the future.

I want to thank Silver Cross for being compassionate and beyond helpful when we needed a hospital bed and proper equipment for my Grandma. I just want to leave review for Silver Cross, Simcoe. From my first contact with this company anyone I spoke to on the phone was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Chad always called when he said, showed up when he said too. I had a chair rail put in to my basement. Quality is excellent also. So if you require anything they sell I am sure you won't be disappointed. I give them a 10 out of 10..highly recommend.
