This place is extremely shady and rescheduled my appointment three times and made obviously fake excuses on why they couldn’t be there that day. The lack of professionalism at this place is outstanding. The reception was so rude and made it ridiculously hard to reschedule, even though it was their fault for having it rescheduled.

My visit to Smyth Medical Centre's front desk was unexpectedly frustrating. Despite needing to print my blood work requisition, none of the five receptionists on duty were willing to assist, citing privacy concerns. Their disinterest was evident as they engaged in casual conversation amongst themselves. This lack of assistance and customer service left me feeling neglected and inconvenienced. In a modern age where efficiency and customer satisfaction should be paramount, this experience was unfortunately far from satisfactory. A reassessment of customer service practices is highly recommended.

This is a specific review for Dr Yee and staff in Suite 208 at the Smyth Medical Centre. 5/5 stars on every aspect and level measurable from the customer service, testing, prognosis, and solutions going forward. Would highly recommend.

If there was any negative number to give to this establishment, I would definitely opt for that. This establishment is a disgrace to the medical fraternity. I was asked to call this establishment by my own family doctor’s office for after hours service. The lady whom I talked to was not only impolite, but didn’t know any clue about her job. She even hung up the phone. What a sham!

DO NOT go here!!! I’m a Registered Practical Nurse with 10+ years experience and I will die of an allergy before I go here. Customer service is a disgrace, they are demeaning and disrespectful. Let alone trying to park, service attendants are even more disrespectful. Was told to walk to a bank to pull out cash, in pouring rain in January just to leave the parking lot. All because they say their machines take all forms of payment but only takes credit and cash. Really glad my health is worth less then 15$

Best dentist I have ever been too, I’m from Montreal Quebec and the dentist there are very expensive and don’t do a good job, smyth. Is the best, Matthew is fantastic fast and 100 percent efficiency,, I will send my whole building where I work ..

The only parking available is underground and the height for the garage door is only visible after you start to go around the corner if you own anything taller then a minivan without messing up your roof .

Worst Wai time after3 ans a half in the waiting room, had to wait another 4 hours before a doctor sees you. What kind of emergency is this? Let the patient suffer in pain. If the problem is staff get more doctors Einstein.
