One of your cashiers at station 1 does not assist in bagging groceries, just stands there while lineup increases.. I saw that two of the other cashiers bagged for their customers. What happened to customer service? Good thing there is another grocery store in town.

Just purchased a black forest cake and few fruit items such as a bag of apples , golden cherries , melon Santa Claus and some oranges. The sales girl put everything in a reusable bag and put the cake at the bottom and all the fruits on top it. Look what happened to the cake!!! Where is the common sense….?before and after…. Now how I m gonna take it to the guests house ? Please hire some educated sales personnel….

There's a cashier there are racist or it just only lazy to entertain the customer.ill go in the regular casher post but the young lady told me to go in customer services because I have only few items when I go there the old lady told me right away she saw me that " I'm not taking it while she was talking only in her coworker standing on front of her.
So I'll go back to the young lady.i hope they're Management review there worker who is working hard or just waiting they job to be done.poor customer service.

Great selection of products, amazing deli spread. The only thing that irks me is how absolutely miserable the employees look. I have yet to have a pleasant interaction with an employee here, they seem stressed. Great selection and prices though.

Customer service can be more welcoming and Happy..prices are on the high side compared to other grocery stores in town but the business is clean and well stocked.

Prices are through the roof, and quality is in the dumpster. People are great, meat and produce are not worth the prices they are asking. I'm actually saving money by shopping in Hinton where the meat is not full of pumped water and the potatoes don't all have sprouts. I shop in other Sobeys throughout Alberta, but Edson is in a sad state. The residents of Edson deserve better.
