I cannot recommend this workshop due to my unsatisfactory experiences. I encountered ongoing issues with my vehicle that the staff, including the manager, repeatedly claimed to have resolved. After four visits for the same problem, I faced a dangerous situation when my engine stalled while driving on the highway, nearly resulting in an accident.

I entrusted this workshop to diagnose and fix my vehicle, only to discover that they had not addressed the issue. Subsequently, I took my truck to the Ford dealership in Dryden, where they quickly identified a problem with the fuel injector losing pressure—something that should have been detectable through pressure testing.

When I expressed my concerns to the manager, I found her response to be dismissive and unprofessional. She suggested that if I was unhappy with their service, I should take my business elsewhere. After investing considerable time and money, with my truck in their shop for nearly a month, I was frustrated by their inability to provide a resolution, especially when Ford was able to fix it in just three days.

I urge others to reconsider using this workshop if they value their safety and the reliability of their vehicle.

After the truck broke down on the road, we called them... they came, they couldn't fix the truck, they left... The bill arrived...they charged twice as many hours as they had, they charged for parts they didn't install!!! Totally unprofessional!!! Not human! Don't call them don't go there!!!

Great shop, the staff were very accommodating and managed to get my truck in on very short notice. The repairs were done quickly and exactly what I asked for. The parts and accessories inventory is impressive. The waiting area is comfortable and has fresh coffee and popcorn. A+ to the shop and all the staff, keep up the great work!

They will rip you off. They will overcharge you on the parts by double. Make sure you get a quote written before you let them touch your truck

Losing a tire off of a trailer is a scary ordeal as you all should know, this shop put us in through all the chaos they were going through without having any space they still got us in without any delays to get us back on the road, we appreciate the work they did, and the price given for the job they had to do ! Definitely would be my first choice if I had to get anything repaired again !

FYI Solomon’s works real close with Berts towing. They’re a great team, so if you need help, keep this in mind...

I have nothing but great thing a to say about everyone at this shop, and to summarize I think it’s only fair to say, this is one of the last great shops I know of.

The interested in a problem! Not just the money it costs to fix

They’re MacGyvers at heart, and show real ingenuity when it comes to getting a driver back on the road

They’re very self-aware of what it means to provide great service, and better customer care.

I’ve never said this about any review, but this is one place that would get a 6-star review from me to show you how much I’d want my review to stand out as much as they do as a company...

December 2020 review

I can’t do a second review, and I can’t give a higher rating than 5 stars...

I went back to this place (once about 3 months ago to buy some parts, then again this past week) for some help getting my front marker lights working. They didn’t know about my previous review...

I slept in their lot thinking I’d have a good chance of getting looked at first thing in the AM. Fortunately it worked.

The problem was that I had some bad wiring which was borking my amber side marker lights (the ones on my hood and in my headlight clusters). I didn’t know that it was wiring yet, and thought they were all just bulbs.

During my wait I ran out of smokes and someone actually went to town for me and picked me up a pack...they even brought me my change. When I got hungry, they again, offered to drive me to town to pick up some lunch but I respectfully declined as I had some stew my mom made that I could microwave in their waiting room

8 hours later everything was working and they cut me loose, but not before apologizing for the wait...they said their ‘too electrical guy’ wasn’t working that day and had to do their best with a tech who wasn’t quite as experienced. They apologized again and gave me 50% off the labour!!!

This review is so late but I couldn’t forget to say something about this amazing high-quality shop and staff who really care about the work they do and the business relationships they make and keep

I had a problem with an airline that kept busting and breaking me down. They organized the tow the first time, and sent out a mobile mech the second. I got fantastic and super fast service and discounts diagnosing and then correcting the true root cause of the issue. They even went out and picked up breakfast for me.

When going through Ontario when I need service or even just some parts that I can buy anywhere, I’ll always stop here to make sure they get my money.

Thanks to service, parts, and management. You guys are setting the bar high and it’s very appreciated

I wrecked the bottom fin of my outboard motor (and the propeller). I didn't ask about the propeller but Solomon&Sons welded a new aluminum fin onto the bottom. They got it done for a reasonable price and I was back on the lake the next weekend. I dealt directly with the trades person so it was easy to explain to him what I wanted. He even painted the repair job so everything looked nice and neat.
