"After initially visiting this establishment for a windshield crack repair, I was initially impressed by the swift and meticulous service provided. The team, particularly the technicians, demonstrated remarkable skill and attention to detail, while the front desk staff was friendly and professional, offering clear pricing and excellent customer service. It was an experience that led me to highly recommend their services.

However, two months post-repair, the situation changed when the initially repaired crack expanded significantly, creating large cracks in two directions. Returning for an evaluation, I encountered customer service that starkly contrasted my first visit, marked by rudeness and a lack of helpfulness. This was disappointing, especially when considering the initial positive impression. Fortunately, the technician I spoke with remained helpful, but unfortunately, he informed me that the windshield could not be repaired again and recommended a replacement.

Given the complexity of my brand-new car, which is equipped with numerous cameras, sensors, and a windshield display, I am now hesitant to proceed with a replacement, especially after a less than satisfactory follow-up experience. This shift from my initial review is regrettable, and I find myself in a position of reconsidering my recommendation based on the latest developments!

Had our front windshield replaced. Great staff, super friendly and accommodating. They dropped me off at the mall and I walked back when the vehicle was ready. We live two hours away from this location and will always return here. Thanks for the great service.

Had my windshield replaced on my Jeep here a few months ago. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the cost was as per the quote given me, and the new front windshield was installed perfectly. Recommended. UPDATE: Took my Jeep back to check a small leak, wasn’t the new windshield but rather a roof panel. Staff were very attentive and thorough. They even cleaned my windshield and noticed a very small rock chip 😩 which they offered to repair, at $78!! The windshield itself was only about $200 , so…. No thanks.
