Brought my child’s father here, he was withdrawing from crystal meth and reached for help, this doctor showed no compassion whatsoever and only cared that we were at the wrong place. Did not advise me that there are substance abuse clinics that directly assist with what we were faced with. His only concern was getting us out of there. It was Friday and I was left scrambling u til I made numerous calls and finally found what I needed. If you work in healthcare and don’t care , you’re in the wrong business. The help in this city is non existent and you wonder why there’s many that don’t get help.

They were swamped but still had me see an appropriate specialist in a timely manner , and her professionalism honesty with me helped fix damage that could have been otherwise permanent, knew how to deal with what occurred fast. The nurses, doctors and other staff I met were very professional. Though unfamiliar with medical non emotional support dog protocol service dogs were still friendly and helped me navigate and make everyone feel more comfortable in a kind manner.

Well done, thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart I am very grateful.

i went in today as i was
booked for an RF ablation of the C4, 5 and 6. i had tremendous pain for 6 months straight and then met Dr. Philip Chan and his important crew today. Of course i was a bit anxious but the staff were so busy and still made sure that everyone they worked with were ok and comfortable. That goes a long way especially if your anxious. I will take the time i need now to heal and follow up with my family doctor. This is say Thank you to Dr. Philip Chan and his crew for doing such a great job under any kind of pressure they may face. Busy, busy but always have time to check on you before, during and after any surgery.

Much respect to all who work in the medical field.

Dr. Cook-Chaimowitz in urgent care is officially my hero! I’ve been diagnosed with a very rare condition, that is quite often very painful and causes me loss of sleep and discomfort at work. I’ve suffered with this for 5 years now. My family doctor attempted to get me accepted by a few different surgeons’ offices, but ultimately gave up after being refused by many due to no one wanting to take on my case. Dr. Cook-Chaimowitz stepped up and went above and beyond to FINALLY get me an appointment with a general surgeon willing to take my case. She was patient, kind and actually listened to me. I’m forever grateful for her services.

I visited urgent care with a friend who was in extreme pain on September 10th at 10 pm. The triage nurse was wonderful. However, the nurse who saw us once we were admitted to urgent care was extremely unprofessional and rude. There was no bedside manner whatsoever. She was curt and made a comment about the fact that my friend and I were laughing in an attempt to lighten the mood during a painful and stressful experience. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I was extremely disappointed.

This waiting time is totally disrespectful to my child! I came here with visual series problem and extremely simple solution! There were patient with no problems came after us and left sooner than us! i set with them in waiting room... I know what's their issues were!
The way doctor was walking around us had no intention to see my child. When I ask how soon we see the doctor.., the nurce step out and said " if u don't want to wait u can go"!
How disrespectful! Do u think people come there for fun! My child needed your help! and u decided not to see him!

I went here with migraines and vomiting issue. I was told they will give me 2 injections, but they just gave one in an IV and when the doctor came to ask me whether i am feeling better then they can discharge me. He said he will send someone with the discharge papers and will take the IV out. No one came in and I was left in the hospital all alone. The whole hospital went home. If i would have not woke up from sleep, i would have been inside there till morning. I ended up calling an ambulance and they took me out from there.

I went in just before 9am Saturday of a long weekend. Registration and Triage process was efficient and I was able to see a Dr within an hour.
Was diagnosed with Strep and prescribed antibiotics without usual the 15 minute swab test. I would have preferred the swab for confirmation that antibiotics are necessary.
