I had an MRI here and had a great experience start to finish. The volunteers at the door were so helpful and friendly, and the MRI staff were wonderfully caring, efficient, and knowledgeable! Everyone made me feel so comfortable and cared for. As a bonus, my appointment was right on time too.

Food is not the best as far as mental care nursing staff and the doctors I've had a pleasure to deal with I have had no problems. I don't know what that other person was talking about dirty smelly blah blah she must be dirty smelly! I am getting the best care available better than dealing with a GP constantly being prescribe pill after pill after pill thank you to the nurses and doctors at St Joe's West 5th thank you for caring

I just hate this hospital so much it’s just hell for me I hate the doctors and nurses in this hospital honest to god always speaking so intensely and firmly and sternly makes me feel everything mixed together angry sad and depressed and panicky I have high functioning autism and it’s just extremely hard for me to be in this hospital environment for so long and it’s just absolutely hell for me. the reason I hate this hospital in particular is because I hate some of the nurses here and the doctors because they speak in this very intense and firm and stern tonal voice and it makes me feel extremely angry and sensitive and sad and depressed because every time they speak to me like that I’m like why do they have to speak to me so firmly and intensely and sternly I’m a patient in this hospital getting treatment and when they speak to me like that it does not help at all it just makes me feel worse I’m just trying to express my emotions and communicate all of my thoughts and feelings. When I get discharged from this hospital I’m never ever coming back here I’m going to just stay at home and never ever come back to this hospital it’s just hell for me.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I have to help my husband through and put him in that huge wheelchair. When I get to diabetic clinic, the door was heavy and I had to pull it open and then push the big wheelchair through. Awful facilities.

Hello my name is Edita thank you for all your help I really appreciate.

At first I didn't want to be here but now I do I am really sorry that some people dont have manners and are not happy that they have absolutely everything and everything.

I would also like to poot a complaint to one hospital I forgot the name but this place has refused to help and told me that I should go hungry I even had to call the ambulance because of pain in my chest and hunger.

So than I go to money mart and they were the ones that helped me with money because if it wasn't for me me and my dog would die.

Please I dont want to go to 245 kenora unit 166 because this place doesn't give me nothing just flashbacks of absolutely everything and everything that has happened there. So I am asking for help

I would also want to talk about City Housing Hamilton I have a story to tell

close to mohawk college so when I was attending the hospital the college has multiple bus routers that make it conventional to travel to my doctors office to make and fullfill appointments. they give me the medication i need and it help me from relapsing into sycosis. timhortons , bank machine and tables to eat at along with the dinner they have on the main floor. vary nice and approchable people allways smiling.

Stop warping my vulnerable child who is now a 19, nearly 20 year old adult into believing that me having to hold her accountable to reality and for her dangerous impulses since she was in diapers are abuse, while all this useless broken system did was invalidate, incorrectly diagnose and treat her with useless, dangerous medication until the age of 19, when she finally realized they were likely making her worse. Telling me she had ADHD since she was a toddler, and that she's impulsive cause she's under stimulated, medicating her on medication that NEVER worked, so we're always navigating worsen impulses, then calling it Bipolar, Intentionally withholding an accurate diagnosis of a very serious mental health disorder known as BPD, knowing that the earlier a diagnosis is given, and the correct treatment of intensive DBT therapy is what was needed to effectively help her, cause your system is useless and broken! Our entire journey sice childhood has taken this system 20 years to even treat her for!?
Stop leaving vulnerable people to drown in the natural consequences of this broken system, wasting money on ignorance and invalidation instead of giving them the help they need.
You should be ashamed and I don't know how any of you Psychiatrists sleep at night, invalidating, ignoring, and fueling dangerous impulses, and people's inability to live in reality with natural consequences they're too sick and vulnerable to understand when they desperately keep turning to your system for help, being denied INTENTIONALLY until they're adults and come here. IF they're lucky enough to even have the support to navigate how to get into your system safely, without drowning in the consequences of their disease, neglected by your broken system until you finally deem them worthy of respect and an appropriate diagnosis.
BPD Doesn't need to be invalidated until the patient is incompetent. It needs to be respected and appropriately treated to help patients thrive.

Waiting 6 months just to see doctor for a severe depression. Went to a very poor presentation on the services available. Horrible service. Wouldn't donate a cent to this program
