Most of the people that work at this hospital are wonderful and really care. I have received good care here more times than I can count.

I’m only writing this because the receptionist(main phone line) needs a new job or a positivity enhancement. You don’t have to be needlessly rude and negative to me just because you don’t want to be at your job. I do not deserve that, and neither do any of the patients who are coming to you for help.

Horrible this place needs to be investigated had an issue and the lack of willingness to fix it was appalling I think I interrupted the big guys coffee break;) Get it together people don't go there just for the hell of it!!!! Do your damn jobs !!! Plus he was rude and very unprofessional !

Reception is incredibly rude, the woman just hung up on me. She let my husband sit in the waiting room for hours before I called and found out they have a walk-in clinic WHICH they never told my husband....They let him know 15 minutes before it closes....Do they hire educated people at this hospital? I have never dealt with such uneducated people in Healthcare!

This hospital refused to let anyone of support to you be there. The doctor physically walked out on me while giving information about my situation happening. They refused to look at me and took my situation as a joke. They weren't friendly nor kind. They told me this is a hospital and you are to wait.
Priorities arent where they should be. Nurses just walk around freely talking with their coworkers instead of checking patients in their emergency room to see if anything changes.
Doctors or nurses shouldnt be allowed a degree if they are failing to abide by the practice they should be following. Is believe after so many bad reviews an investigation should be put into place against the doctors and the way they treat their patients. I will never come back to this hospital nor bring my children here as they misdiagnosed my one daughter before. INVESTIGATIONS need to be arranged in this facility.

Have not visited in person yet but had a phone appointment regarding my young daughter. The general receptionist I spoke to first was very cold and unhelpful but the other two people (the dr and Michelle in the ER) were so compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for doing a great job!

very disappointed in the care provided to a patient for injury to the head, due to someone else’s actions. The lack of empathy, emotional support and nursing education regarding 4 stitch wound care and concussion is unbearable. When a patient is bleeding and scared you do not yell at them as if it is their fault to the point they are uncomfortable to be receiving your care. Very sad and very unfortunate. Do better.

Terrible experience! Dr. Kamel should not be allowed to treat children! Rude and has no compassion for sick children. Would not allow my other children in the room and expects a baby and 2 children under 8 to sit alone in a waiting room. Will be going anywhere but there in the future.
