Was just at store to purchase Aquacel Ag +. Was quoted $60. Coop Medical supplies sells exact same product for $44.00. Stay away as this place price gouges

I’m aware there are different products. I purchased the exact same one I showed the gentleman at your store. Why would I waste my time coming back when I purchased it at Coop. Had you had competitive pricing I wouldn’t have had to go elsewhere

Very friendly stuff and help to find the correct products we needed. But they don't have a price tag on the product, and told me a price ($100+higher than the Doctor said) after I told him my insurance could cover it. After back to home, I google the same product, it's 80% higher than other suppliers and the official website for the products. Very disappointed for the result.

Came in here looking for a lightweight walker for my grandpa. The lady was very helpful in walking through different options and even reviewed some mobility scooters upon inquiry. Ended up finding a walker that worked perfectly for his situation and something I'd had a hard time finding elsewhere. It's not a big store but they had quite a good selection and prices were reasonable for the items I looked at.

Be careful. Bought disposable gloves and sanitizer, found they are about 8 time expensive then Costco or Walmart at same quantity . They rejected refund. There is no sign for nonrefundable nor informing when paid. Hate this behavior during pandemic, will report to city.

Thank you for reply. I am supporting and definitely will support local business even paying a bit high, but not 6-8 times higher. I asked other small medical supply store, yes higher than big store but way lower than yours. When you ask for support, think about those lost their job and have to spare their money from grocery to buy ppe.
FOUND GOOGLE RATE WENT BACK FROM 4.2 TO 5.0 BELIEVE THERE'S WAY TO DO IT.
