They are hard to get ahold of, if you need to see the Dr anytime in the next 2-3 weeks just go to emergency as the secretary will not let you see the Dr sooner then that regardless of why you need to see him. Absolutely incompetent staff that feel they know better then the Dr. His secretary has a horrible attitude with the patients to top it off.

Dr Stoesser is great when you can actually get in to see him. Can't get a call through to book an appointment and when I went in person to book an appointment this morning I was told it'd be a month. That's after I've been trying to see him for a month. Told reception I'd be looking for a new doctor and she didn't care one bit.

Is there a reason why no one answers the phone at the office? My mom called 15 times in one day to make an appointment and no one answered the phones. He has been a great doctor but this is unacceptable!

Dr Stoesser is a great doctor, but the phone system really needs work. I have been unable to book an appointment for weeks after calling several times daily. The line either reaches a fax machine, voicemail, busy signal, or is just flat out out-of-service. Some of my calls also seem to have been picked up, but I couldn't hear anything on the other line, and eventually got disconnected. I eventually got through successfully after making 20 calls in a row.

If you're trying to book an appointment, you will have to brute force your way in by calling many, many times.

Dr Stoesser has been our family doctor for many years, he sees all three of my children and has done an excellent job with advice for our health. He is easy to talk to and will give you his honest opinions on any questions you have for him.

Dr Stoesser has gotten me and my 1 year old son in so quickly and has taken care of us with the most accommodating measures to ensure we are healthy. He breaks down paperwork, explains exactly where numbers should be and also where things are wrong, works hard to keep a good relationship with his clients in the hospital (including a visit to my terminal dad before he passed).. all in all, a good guy. Certainly a very busy physician who cares to take time for every patient. Many patients need medication, I am one that rarely wants to take it—he has helped me find ways to continue solving issues through health, diet and fitness rather than taking a daily med. (I get some people need this but I’m thankful when he pushes me to steer away in weak moments). Five out of five.

My doctor retired recently and I went to see Dr. Stoesser, who my partner has been a patient of for many years. We both love him...btw, I'm a senior and he treated me like gold. He answered all my questions and sent me for testing which was very helpful....I"m so happy to have found this awesome Doctor!! His reception staff are great too 🙂
