Dr. Charlton is the best doctor you will ever have. Kind, intelligent and really on top of things! I had to give her up because I moved out of town - I really wish I could have taken her with me! The staff there is top notch too - always helpful and caring 🙂

I've been with Dr. Wu for over 14 years. I've never been treated with anything but respect when going to the clinic. The staff are wonderful and my doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful. I've since brought family members into the clinic, they are all very happy with their care. This is real family medicine and you leave feeling cared for.

Dr. Barclay is amazing! She has the best bedside manner ever, and always takes everything you worry about seriously. Also have had the best experience with the front desk staff! I so appreciate getting results reported to me in such a timely manner. It's awful to have to wait for test results, and they call as soon as Dr. Barclay reviews (and she does this quickly as well). You really can tell they care!

From the front staff to our family doctor, we have been cared for, seen promptly, felt heard and assisted. The added service of walk-in for patients provides a sense of relief and the doctors we have seen in those instances provide excellent service as does out own GP. We are lucky to have found Stouffville Medical.

Today we made an appointment to have senior flue shots. What a
pleasure it was to have Dr Mirtorabi's Monday nurse Megan to give us the shots required. Megan is a lovely lady and very personable. This clinic inclines to have the best of the best for their patients.

Had a really unpleasant time tonight with Doctor Barclay. Was told my issue was inappropriate and not urgent enough for her to deal with considering it was " evening clinic ". Only came to the evening clinic because booking an appointment with my family doctor wasn't an option due to being booked fully. Left still in pain and really unhappy.

My husband and I feel so lucky to be patients of this clinic.

We’ve seen about 5 different doctors here and they’re all caring, kind, and competent.

The ability to see a doctor when you need to is amazing and the fact that they’re docs offer a daily after hours clinic is so convenient.

Wait times are typical or shorter than the average doctors office and there are multiple receptionists to take your call.

If you’re looking for a family doc, I’d definitely try to get in here!
