I had my first appointment here for a wax and I cannot believe what I have been missing out on. This place is absolutely beautiful and aesthetically appealing. The rooms are beautiful, cozy and relaxing. The staff members are very nice as well. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but she was absolutely amazing and I cannot say that enough. She made me feel very welcome, and she is very soft and well spoken. What a beautiful experience I had. If you need a wax or sugar done or would like to feel smooth again you need to schedule your appointment here.

Edit to review below based on customer service: God forbid you have an opinion or dissatisfaction, you’ll be personally contacted and attacked by Lauren the owner. She feels the need to be more worried about “not appreciating honest reviews” instead of customer satisfaction in any way. My review has now gone from a 3 to a 1. I don’t do catty behaviour and I don’t take well to bullies. Do better. If you want positive reviews, express positivity yourself when interacting with customers. We pay you, you don’t pay us. There is no reason at all why I should be speaking to you more respectfully than you care to speak to me as a customer. Gia, you will be missed. Sugaring and such itself? Not so much

I’ve been coming here for years. Gia is absolutely amazing and does great everytime.

Constructive criticism: As estheticians I would expect you guys to know that every body is different and this goes for hair growth as well. This new 5 week policy is a cash grab and the attitude when it’s questioned is so uncalled for. I had my appointment with Gia yesterday and it was 6 week to the date of my last appointment, she even said “Oh wow you’ve had no growth” and I said “I know I had to atleast wait for rice grain length before coming back” (Lauren told me this before).

I was in the room for a total of 6 minutes and I was charged $62!! That’s no way to treat your VIP clients especially when they’ve been coming for years of course their growth is going to be slower. I questioned this to the dark hair lady at reception and she told me too bad. Women to women, I will not continue to support a business that acts like this. I’ve referred a few people that have had this issue here as well. My hair growth no longer qualifies for VIP prices so I will go somewhere else that will honour their client’s individuality.

Had a wonderful first experience at sugaring and such! Lauren was so kind and really made sure I had a good experience. Her service was fast, efficient and knowledgeable! Loved it so much I went back for another two appointments with Gia and she was so amazing as well. She really made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I was so satisfied with my first sugaring Brazilian experience with Gia. She was friendly, calm and professional making me feel comfortable during the whole process. I also had eyebrows lamination services with Gia and I'm thrilled with the results. She listened to my preferences and was able to create an eyebrow shape that suits me. The space is also clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone nervous about sugaring or waxing for the first time.

I have now gone 2 times to Sugaring and Such and have had a great experience both times! It’s also my first time sugaring and I love it. The spa is clean, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!

I came here when my usual esthetician was sick and they've completely stolen me! Gia was so amazing and the quality was so much better than what I had been getting from others. My skin is better, no irritation and significantly reduced ingrown hairs (I'm sure eventually I'll have none!). I don't think I could ever go anywhere else. I've even started adding more treatments since I love the services so much. Definitely recommend !
