Services. Jeff, Dylan and Curtis know the products and give you all the information. Take the time to listen and answer any questions. The services are done as if they are doing it for their family member treating you with the most respect and comfort. All work done on your home is done with expertise, professional skills to the highest quality.
Jeff, Dylan and Curtis were very kind, know the products and information Would do their best for my Dad's needs. They always took the time to explain and answer any questions I really appreciate how they would go the extra mile to give better then better service words can express how impressed we were with the services.
Jeff, I also want to Thank you personally for travelling to set up airloss mattress for my Dad to have it when he got out of the hospital. When not giving you proper timeline you understood the urgency.You made it a high priority and delivered personally when a delivery service wouldn't be available!! Thank you for being such a class act and wonderful caring person!!!

Sending a big thank you to Superior Home Health Care in Barrie and its amazing staff for once again providing outstanding service!!! Several years ago they installed hand controls for me in my car and, since then, I’ve gone in to purchase other items to support my medical needs. Recently, I ordered a new Tilite wheelchair thru Superior which was delivered to my home by Jeff and Sean. They spent so much time making sure that my new chair fit my needs perfectly. I never felt rushed, and any questions or issues were handled with the utmost professionalism, allowing me to understand/familiarize myself with every aspect of the chair in great detail. My husband got neuropathy four years ago. Since then we have been joined at the hip! I have had to do all the driving. My son called and said we should go look at a Scooter. That day we went to Superior in Barrie bought a Scooter and it was the best money ever spent! He has his independence and I get a break from driving him everywhere. Many thanks Superior! I had the best caring and most friendly customer service at Superior Home Health Care. For years I've been wanting and needing a lift chair as I was having serious hip and knee problems. Raylene the home health care consultant advised me on the best chair for the best price and went out of her way to see that my needs were met including the financial.aspect which included some government assistance. I so appreciated the kind caring service I got and just love the chair.
Then these most friendly chaps Jeff and Darryl delivered the chair right to my house and the spot it needed to go and made sure that it was positioned and working as it should.
They also went out of their way to help install a bed rail and toilet handle stand for me. I so appreciated the kind and caring service I received and would highly reccommend this company to those who need health care assistance. Thank you for helping and caring.

I purchased a bed for my mother and put it together myself, I thought I did pretty well, except it would not lift up and down properly. Jeff came within an hour of my phone call to Superior, he was super nice and fixed the problem is less than 5 mintues! And there was no charge 🙂 Nice to see that "superior" customer service is alive and well!! Very impressed.

Sean was very helpful and accommodating when setting up the time to come to the house to see what we needed then quickly gave us a quote and set up Matt to come to the house to complete the job. Matt worked efficiently, was friendly and we were very happy with the results of his work.
