Called Sutton and Sons on Monday with a dryer that would not heat. Gave them my model number and outlined the issue, they were able to diagnose the likely culprit over the phone. I was able to book an appointment for Wednesday morning. Lee came out, had the parts to fix they dryer with him and had my dryer running within 30 minutes. Excellent service all around, could not recommend them enough.

10000% would recommend. Outstanding, friendly and honest service! My Samsung dryer had no heat. I did not have a lot of extra money to drop on this, but I did have a little time on my hands - so I decided to try and DIY fix it with Google/YouTube videos. I checked the vents (not blocked), so as per Google/YouTube it had to be a heater issue. I called into Sutton and Son's to inquire about a replacement heater. A new one would have cost up to $160, but they offered to diagnose the heater for free if I disconnected it and brought it into the shop on Gage Street. Steve, Amanda and the whole team were so helpful and lovely - I walked out of there in a great mood and paid under $30 to replace a specific part of the heater instead of the whole thing. Sutton and Son's are all about giving the best service and helping people, they are a shining example of trustworthy tradespeople. Thank you for all of your help and encouragement, my dryer is now fixed and I couldn't have done it without you!

Sutton and Son are exceptional. Recently we had a weird issue with our dishwasher that required multiple visits and eventually a new dishwasher install. Reception always answers calls or returns them quickly. Both technicians we dealt with were wonderful; skilled, kind and full of great information and advice. Lee, who was the one to install the new appliance was not only extremely meticulous but went above and beyond. Great experience from start to finish.

Had Micky from Sutton and Sons in today to fix washer and dryer. He was both professional as well as very knowledgeable and very fast. The issues were identified very quickly and repaired quickly. He was friendly and told me every step that he was doing. You can tell he been doing this a long time. Sutton and Sons is lucky to have him.

I needed a motor for my dryer. Sutton & Son provided excellent service in validating the motor I needed. Ordered the part and had it the next day. Everywhere else the part was more expensive. Future appliance repairs I going to definitely get my parts from Sutton & Son. The other benefit I am supporting local business in Hamilton than having to support appliance parts outlets owned by U.S. companies.

Just wanted to say thank you to Mike the service manager for helping me with my freezer issue. Because my freezer had stopped working altogether I knew there was the potential of the compressor and/or the inverter (control module) being the culprit. Sutton has trained technicians that are licensed in replacing compressors and this was very reassuring, as this specialty is not commonplace in the appliance repair business. It is even more uncommon when you consider I have a thermidor and very few appliance repair companies work on these units. He took the time to answer all my questions, which was very much appreciated. Mike was able to schedule the repair only a few days after I called. Fortunately the problem turned out to be the inverter which is much better than having to replace the compressor and the freezer is working properly.

Beyond Impressed! I called Sutton & Son Appliances regarding an issue with my fridge. They responded quickly with a service call to determine issue. From the first phone call, to the service, the knowledge and expertise they offered was OUTSTANDING! It is obvious they know what they are doing.
