Asked them to fix an issue, took 3 weeks to do it, and was not working when we got it back. Spoke to them on the phone and they were not willing to take any responsibility. Our take, they charge as much as they can and do as little as possible. Terrible Customer Service.

They do not stand behind their product. We had to pay another company to fix a faulty valve 3 months after buying it from TRC. They will not respond to our request to pay for the other companies services. Will not be dealing them then again.
