After a broken foot I needed a mobility scooter, having already purchased from tango before I called them desperately seeking to rent a scooter. The lady who answered told me the did not have any in stock being close to tears I asked her to check if they had any in the Saint John or Fredericton. She told me the did not but I had a feeling the she had not checked. I then proceeded to call the Saint John store and this amazing friendly lady told me they had lots. Thanks Tango in Saint John for caring for your costumers

? Very disappointed that I can only go as high as a 5 stars , because Tango Medical staff needs more than a 5 star rating. These people are the best , first I will start with the receptionist, what a pleasant lady to talk to on the telephone, and in person customer service is the best , and to the other employees , who work there are fantastic, very helpful to my needs. I had seen Matt last year while he was doing a visit with other employees at a care home, I had promissed him when I was ready to get a new walker I would go to Tango Medical. And when it was time I called and made an appointment, got there and was very well treated. I couldn't of asked for better . I highly recommend this place . Thankyou to all of you . ?

I had my daughter's orthotics made by Alan, they are the perfect fit and have made a HUGE difference. I'm currently in the process of getting the whole family assessed and fitted. Great customer service!

Took 7 long months to recieve a bed for me, the air mattress is not designed "too sit on", I guess you fly out of it to get out of bed, the sir mattress air flow is way soft, adjusting air from pocket to pocket, scratched my leg when trying to boost myself up with my feet, the air moving gave no support, bad product met with snarky customer service!! Furthermore locked wheels slide on lamenent flooring, struggling to get up, bed sliding on floor gave me a great feeling of vertigo!
