Les médecins sont à l’écoute et compétant. Tout est très bien organisé et bien géré

I just want to be able to refill my medication. The pharmacy has faxed the doctors office 3 times now. Still unable to get a refill. Finally got through after trying for 2 weeks with someone from Tartan and they asked to have the pharmacy send the fax request one more time. It has been 3 business days since then still no response. My mental health unfortunately relies on consistently taking these meds. If anyone reads these reviews please respond to the pharmacy.

Honestly so disappointed. I was so excited to finally have a family doctor, however it is near impossible to reach this office. The phone systems never work and they dont respond to emails despite it supposedly being a 72 hour response time. They call to cancel appointments but then you can't reach them to find out why or to reschedule. Seriously considering going back to walk ins as im having more success than with a family doctor.

Appointment gor a meet and greet in July 1 hour before appointment I received an email canceling it. I called and asked why they said doctor can’t come in. Reschedule another day in August get a call saying my appointment is canceled I ask why they say she only does Pap tests on Fridays. I make another appointment It was the last appointment for the day 3:45 I arrive the office is full of waiting patients. Like 15 people sitting waiting. I wait 1:45 minutes to be seen only to be told by the doctor she is leaving the practice in a month. I waited for a hour and a half to be told this. Why are you taking new patients she said dhe told reception not too. Reception that is a nightmare in itself overbooking people to have people wait and wait. Go as last redort

I was so sick today . I have my family doctor here . I tired to call them 10 times no one pick my phone . I came and they give me appointment at 2.30 .pm . I came at reception and told receptionist that I have appointment she printed me a paper where everything was wrong my address and phone number . She even don’t know with which doctor I have an appointment . At 2:30 she told me your appointment is at 4.15 pm what’s a use of appointment. I am 8 month pregnant. Suffering from cold and fever . I think they should give proper training to their receptionist.

The worst medical center you can find. At first I was very happy to find a family doctor, but now I think it was my worst decision. For 3 weeks I tried to make an appointment for my daughter to have her eyes checked (unsuccessfully). When my 7 year old daughter with heart disease became seriously ill with a very high fever, the receptionist told me that he was not there when I asked to see the family doctor and suggested to go to another clinic. When I asked when my family doctor Ibeme would be there, there was no answer for several days. This is more than unacceptable. I will be looking for a new family doctor and another clinic.

The clinic is small. The front desk clerks are quite busy to talk to. The waiting area is so limited and crowded. The exam room is also very small. But I still want to give a four star. Here are the reasons. I was able to book my children in one day, back to back, with Dr. Ikechukwu for the enrollment meeting - save multiple trips. On that day, my 3 year old already had a fever for a few days. As an “experienced” mother, I was overlapping Tylenol and Advil, trying to get his fever under control. However, I noticed the fever got worse - he can’t rest well and was not eating and drinking. Dr. Ikechukwu felt my concern and decided to check his lung instead of just a simple enrollment meeting. He found my little one may have bacteria infection, possible early stage of pneumonia. He prescribed antibiotics and we got the medication right away at the pharmacy. With only two doses of antibiotics, my little one’s fever is gone! He is eating, drinking, and playing again! I was so lucky to have an appointment (which was scheduled 2 weeks before), and so lucky to have Dr. Ikechukwu be my family doctor. I just wish the clinic could be a bit more spacious. Thank you!

Dr Okuazu is excellent. However, the clinic leaves much to be desired. The waiting room is much too small. The fact that they use glade plugins in a medical facility blows my mind. As a migraine sufferer I am guaranteed a migraine everytime I need to see my doctor. Thefront reception rarely answers the phone and are very slow (not overly friendly either) I am giving 2 stars for the clinic. But 5 stars for doctor Okuazu.
