Why are your lights on throughout the whole night? The renovation itself is going on for more than 2 years. Its noise pollution during the day and light pollution at night. Please give some rest to the nature if not to humans !!! ?

This was the worst service I have ever received. Very rude, the dispatcher on call was dry and clueless. I was told it was a 5 hour wait for an over the phone nurse to diagnose my symptoms. Upon asking why it takes so long I was hung up on. After calling back within minutes I was connected to a nurse. Not only was the dispatcher clueless on wait times they were very unprofessional. Once I was connected to a nurse almost immediately after being disconnected all they said was I need to go to the hospital. Next time save yourself the trouble and just go. The only advice I, myself, and many others have ever gotten was to either take an Advil or go to the hospital. This is a waste of resources and our tax dollars should be going towards actual hospitals and not some “free” online consultation which actually provides zero value.

Very inefficient service. Have to call for after-hours clinic locations. The secretaries seem like they are not trained properly on my infants issues. The nurses never get back to me until my family GP's office is open. By then there is no point of taking their service.

Steep decline in this service. Spoke to someone for over 20 minutes, answering all sorts of questions, to be told a nurse would call back in 4.5 hours. It used to be pretty efficient, but no point in using it with wait times like that.

Pretty terrible. Forced to use this connect to your family doctor’s after hours. Totally unhelpful when trying to assist aging parents. Gave out incorrect information (you can get a pharmacist to prescribe for a UTI - this is true but only women). Can’t reconnect to the previous nurse. A system designed to fail and be unhelpful.

I have very serious insomnia and when it happens I am incredibly ill the next day. I called this organization at 4 pm to try and get help. After two minutes of recorded messages I sat on hold for 30 min. You know when I got a call back? 10:30 at night after I had fallen asleep for the first time in 2 days. Why over 6 hours to reply after you told me two, and why are you calling people at 10:30pm that are sick? Are you kidding me? Absolutely useless and caused more misery than help. Thanks.

The operator was polite and courteous but the wait time was 11.5 hours for a nurse to call back. Telehealth needs more resources for it to be a viable alternative.
