This place is awesome. I was able to connect to a virtual doctor in an hour time. The prescription that were sent to doctor were received instantly and was able to obtain the medication with the dry insurance card right away. Highly recommend this place especially for someone looking for emergency consultation with the doctor. The staff were friendly and provided all the necessary information.

They charge you not only to get a referral note for a specialist, but also to “get your prescription”. Unbelievable this is able to run in Ontario as their practices are completely unethical.

SECOND EDIT: This office lied to us very clearly about having sent the prescription out. We obtained from the pharmacy the date the prescription was sent. We are filing a complaint with the College.

EDIT: The doctor has STILL not made the prescription available to the pharmacy, though has recorded the wrong medication amounts in the portal.

I was incredibly disappointed in the doctor my wife saw here.

She told my wife she would fax essential prescription information to the pharmacy last week, though apparently hasn't got around to it yet.

Wasting the trip to the pharmacy to find out it wasn't there was the least of the issues this has caused.

Incredibly disappointed, frustrated, and my wife is having to deal with not having her medication for upwards of four days now.

$50 to see a doctor over a screen. Didn't tell me this when I called, or when I signed in at the desk. Waited 2 hours before I found out in the examining room. No clear signage for clinic. It's in a room in the back of the pharmacy Confusing. Person who stood for the Toronto tele-doctor aggressive when I didn't want service. No clear indications of fee structure.

I waited 3 hours and was not told there would be a fee of $50. I then find out the it is a virtual dr that i would see and that is why OHIP doesn't pay. The guy who took my OHIP card said he took it to see my date of birth. I complained about the fee and he said it was posted on their website. I checked and it is not. The virtual doctor didn't even look at me.She spoke to the guy who took my info. So unprofessional.

I do not recommend. I waited over 2 hrs and there was only 1 person ahead of me when I arrived. I left without being seen. There is also a 50$ fee now because the Dr sees you virtually and the gouvernement is no longer compensating Drs for virtual care.

I do not have a family doctor and was able to get my prescription renewal by virtual doctor visit. Wait was not long compared to other walk in clinics in the area. Pharmacist and staff were very friendly as well.

Was at the hospital for 2 days before going here and I could honestly say they care more about your needs than the hospital. The practitioner is great and explains everything clearly! Would definitely go here again.
