Great experience. The staff were very competent, professional, and friendly. Dr. Ranev was extremely thorough, taking a comprehensive history before the examination. I was very satisfied with the program.

Timely appointment for upcoming tropical travel. Nurse Liliane provided detailed analysis of risks and made recommendations about vaccinations and other preventative medications and products, like bug spray. I was able to get two vaccinations during the appointment and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy while I was there. I have used this service for several trips and always find it to be professional and helpful.

It's nice to have all tests conducted in one place and the service experience is nice.
The nurse is nice.

The dietitian did not fulfill her commitment to send by email a program with suggested product list.

The exercise coach provides basic comments.

The main doctor at the end is not your family doctor so the patient relation is different, yet their assessment is reasonable and thoughtful. And their follow up is thorough.

The consultation price is significantly expensive if not fully covered by your employer.

Some tests may be unnecessary so you pay for things that you don't really need.

Getting informative reports is nice, especially nowadays where you may access online your lab reports in other places.

With your family doctor and OHIP, you have an ongoing doctor- patient relation of course you cut the bill significantly.

Great staff and office. You will be waiting longer than expected. I'd recommend shopping around as their prices are ridiculously high. 50$ to fill a form, 25$ for courrier fee (send a letter by mail), 20$ for administration fees, and that's on top of the 150$ they charge to see a doctor and whatever work the nurse does . I got the same exam done elsewhere for less than half price they charged me, when I last done my examination. That makes it impossible to recommend theses guys and I will do business with someone else in the future.

Very nice people. I have been going here for Executive Health Medical and Montreal for 12 years. However, the service continues to go down hill. No longer worth the money. Booking is cumbersome, follow-up is nil. Little to no value. I'd be better off at my GP.

Almost impossible to get a hold of someone. Sent an email: no answer within a week. Left a message: no call back. Finally got a hold of someone, was put on hold until I was forgotten. That is bad customer service.
