I've been going to the clinic to see Dr. Brinda for about a year now and am very grateful for his expertise and welcoming approach. He has helped me manage my sciatica and more through pregnancy and now post-partum. The front office staff, especially Sherri, are an added bonus to every visit 🙂

We have been taking our daughter here for a couple months now.. we see Nikki (PT) and she literally deserves way more then a 5 star review. She is Awesome! She does so well with my daughter. Our toddler daughter likes to do her own but Nikki does so well with her!
Everyone at the front desk has been lovely as well

I have been going here for a couple years now. I have gotten both chiropractic and physio services in the past. Nicole the physiotherapist is amazing. She is so informative, kind and easy to talk to. Not to mention she’s helped me go from having back issues/ pain often to my back now being strong and pain free. She will teach you how. You just need to put in the work! The receptionists also greet you with a smile every appt. They are so friendly. You can tell these people care about their patients.

Someone who identified themselves as the receptionist I believe phoned my 90 year old mother and harassed her about having not apparently paid some bill. Maybe you should hire adapt staff seeing as until your ignorant employees phoned we'd never heard of your clinic & will most certainly not be recommending you to anyone.

Thank you to Tim and his team for my fantastic care in physiotherapy after my knee replacement surgery! They were so helpful and so friendly, and I enjoyed every visit! My knee required a lot of therapy to get a good range of motion and they were so dedicated to getting me back to normal!!! I highly recommend Tim and his team!!!

After my 2nd knee replacement surgery I started seeing Tin VanDerWeide a physiotherapist at The Clinic On Elm, located in Port Colborne, Ontario. He made me feel at home there along with all of the staff. They were great to accommodate my schedule and were always friendly when I arrived. Tim was excellent at getting me back on my feet and back to work, he was knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my recovery. Maddy my kinesiologist did a great job helping with my exercises and making sure that I was working hard at improving my strength and flexibility. Overall I was very pleased with the care I received there and would recommend them to anyone that needs physiotherapy. J Scott Young
