On Friday morning our furnace stopped working, we contacted The Comfort Guy and Jason came within the hour even during this Covid 19 situation. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly! We needed a new electrical board, Jason ordered it right away and by Monday our furnace was fixed and back up and running! Thank you Jason and Cheryl Ann for fantastic service! We are so very grateful!

On Boxing Day evening, our furnace decided to stop working, so I decided to Google repair companies in my area and look for the best rating. The Comfort Guy was had a decent rating and good reviews so I decided to give them a call first. I called and had to leave a message for someone to call me back. Fine, and no big deal as it was a holiday. 30 minutes pass, an hour passes, and still no return phone call. Still to this day, no resturn phone call and that is why they deserve only one star. I called another company from Woodstock and they called me back within 15 minutes.

I was downstairs in our raised ranch admiring our new Valor fireplace this evening and telling my wife how happy I am with the unit. The lower level is toasty warm and evenly heated. I love the radiant technology, and being a typical male, I am especially pleased with the remote control feature. After listening to myself, I realized that I need to call or write to Jason and to let him know how happy we are. I was looking for Jason's email address and spotted this review component and decided that this is an even better way to say thank you.
Cheryl Ann gave us excellent advice regarding the colour and style of the unit. You live with a fireplace for a long time. She has excellent artistic judgement and we are glad that we listened to her.
The installation team was very friendly and professional. They ensured that we knew how to run the unit prior to leaving the house. They laid down runners on the floor to protect them and the technicians cleaned up immaculately. These same men come into our house yearly to service the furnace, air con unit, hot water heater and electronic air cleaner which we also purchased from the Comfort Guy over the years. This is a winning company with a very knowledgeable management team who hire motivated and highly competent people.

We had The Comfort Guy do duct cleaning in our house. The service technician Aric went above and beyond what I expected for a duct cleaning service. He thoroughly explained any questions I had and did an excellent job cleaning the ducts and any mess that was created in the process. I am very happy with the service provided by the Comfort Guy and Aric. Thanks very much!

The installation guys were so professional. Efficient at their job very quiet. Hard working. Cleaned up all work areas. The whole experience was made stress free. Great job!!. Highly recommended. They will be coming back to do our duct cleaning. Thanks

Can't thank the Comfort Guy enough. Had a heater quit working over the weekend and called Comfort Guy first thing Monday morning. My heater was fixed before lunch and the value for the work performed was excellent. I use the Comfort Guy for all of my heating needs.

Unfortunately, the reputation built by previous owners of comfort guy has been tarnished by the new staff. Take my advice and don't waste your time. Even in freezing conditions, leaving two messages, no call back. No emergency number for furnaces that decide to quit working "after hours," and your house is 50 degrees.

Great Service My wife and I had Jason and his staff install our new Lennox furnace and air-conditioner and were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job. We were so happy that we had them come back and install a heater in our garage. Awesome people to deal with !!!!!!!!
