Cannot recommend The Functional Approach enough. I worked with Aly, who was amazing. She listened to all the issues I was having and worked with me to fix the pains I was having. The flexible hours on weekends and evenings was a huge help and the booking process was so easy. All the staff I encountered from front desk staff to other chiropractors and physiotherapist were very friendly.

"The Funtional Approach"

When I was in need of finding good health care in the community, it was a little overwhelming.

I was on my third physiotherapist before I found The Functional Approach.

The first time I called in, I knew it would be a different experience here.

I was pleasantly surprised to feel as comfortable as I do there. The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable but most importantly, kind.

They will explain, they will listen, they will ask questions about "you" so they can help "you".

Even their electronic appointment scheduling system is so easy to use.

I highly recommend you try The Functional Approach. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a client with The Functional Approach on and off for the past few years. I really can’t say enough great things about the staff, the treatment and the welcoming clean environment. Chiropractors Danielle and Matthew really take the time to understand your patient needs, sped up my recovery and educated me on ways to protect my injury in the future. The location is accessible, welcoming and very clean. Very happy to have a facility like this in the Norfolk community.

the most personable, friendly, easy to talk to chiropractors! Danielle is an absolutely wonderful person, and very good at trying to help manage pain and determine the best course of action! Danielle has also seen my daughter when she was 5 months old, helped with her reflux like you wouldn’t believe, and so gentle!! My husband sees Matt, and had nothing but great things to say!!

5 stars! Brought my kids here for treatment ages 9 and 12 and Dr Matt was amazing with them. Comfortable atmosphere and modern clean environment . The level of patience and care he exhibits is phenomenal. He take the time to explain what is going on and how to best treat going forward. All the staff is very friendly and approachable.

I would like to give my Physio Therapist Nick Guiler a 5 star review. From the beginning Nick explained the muscles we would be working on. How the process would be a slow and steady progression of exercises done with him and also at home to get me back to where I was before these injuries. I can say today, I feel great. I will continue with these exercises to keep my mobility pain free and strong. Thank you so much for your expertise Nick.

The entire functional approach team is fantastic. They are extremely professional. They operate in a clean, welcoming environment. Their online booking system makes it easy to book appointments. Dr. Danielle is very thorough in her treatments and explains everything in great detail. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
