I injured my back so badly that I could not walk. I called a few rental places and good access had the best deal in my opinion. They delivered my scooter herr the next day, so super fast delivery. There was an issue with my battery and they sent me new battery the very next day. Super satisfied as a customer and if ever I need to rent again, I know I can rely on them.

I needed a particular arm crutches and no stores carried it near me. Only one email responded to me and it was
David Lacroix from The Good Access.
The crutches I needed was on back order and he kept me up to date with the status. When it finally came in he emailed me to ask if I was still interested. I was and I received the crutches the next day.
His customer service and kindness was very helpful and reassuring.

We were very fortunate in that we had a used chair lift gifted to us. We looked to The Good Access Company to install the lift and we could not be happier with their service. The lift was older and needed a new battery, a charger and other extra parts. They had it all even a remote control. The two gentlemen that installed the lift were nothing but professional and proficient in their work. We are so, so happy with their service. Thank you so much.

I like to thank Joe McGuire at Good Access Company for his excellent customer service. He was extremely professional and compassionate towards my mom who is 97!!! I'm extremely happy with the new wheel chair and highly recommending their company to my family and friends. I am so happy we have a great company in ottawa. Thank you Joe for your help and support.
