I brought an Odsp voucher to this store. Since they do not have a catalog, I was explained that is so because they order from different manufacturers, I didn’t have time to go through what she had to show me. So I left my voucher there. The girl who works the desk lost it. No problem there, things happen. I was going to purchase the cane and bring the receipt to Odsp. So the manger comes out and all she keeps saying is are you sure you came here, trying to make like I’m making the mistake. I explain that my doctors office is across the street and he instructed me to go there so I was sure it as this place and also I remembered the clerk. So she comes back with, “well usually when someone from Odsp comes in I am informed so I don’t think you came here.”
Lady a you’re no kind of customer service agent never mind a manager. You’re the manager and those are your customer relations? Why because you deal with the elderly often and they let you tell them it’s their fault you lose their paperwork? ?
Just ignorant for real.
Go straight to hell. I needed that cane for the weekend. Hell no I’m not buying it off you.

She helped me, not only did she get me what I needed but she got me exactly what I needed eben if I didnt know thw names. I am so exteamly happy. Thank you Tracey! You rock!!! The ladies at The Medical Supply Store (Shannon, Tracie, & today Brie) have been supremely helpful. I had some surgeries which left me with an ostomy and throughout I have gotten prompt, professional responses to some very awkward questions. This year, I started getting diabetic foot care (Frances) and I've just begun purchasing ostomy products ...

I needed a particular product for post-surgery dressings called ‘packing gauze’. At first it looked like they might not have it. Then the manager (I assume) from the back office started looking and found exactly what I needed (their last container).

Needed a few small items which they had. Looks like they have a lot of great supporting items for medical issues. Even had uniforms / scrubs. I'm sure if they didn't have a certain item they would help and order for you.
