Our 1st pool has been purchased and installed. Very polite, friendly and professional staff. They have guided us right from scratch. It takes time to cover all the bases, but the final product will be sweet!

I had a new pool liner installer 2 years ago .just over $5000. The amount of fading I have seen is extreme and unacceptable . I contacted the pool shoppe about this . The asked me what chemicals I’m using . It’s salt pool .no chemicals . I contacted them again after not getting a response. Said they messaged manufacturer. With pics . I contacted again and still no response . Been going on for 6 months now and I’m feeling very avoided.like they don’t wanna deal with it . And hope I go away.
Can’t avoid a lawsuit.

Update: Funny enough with in hrs of posting this, I magically get a call from the pool shoppe offering a discount on a new liner plus I have to pay install again.
Do you think people are idiots.
Update the lower water level picture is closing this year . Where you truly see the fade of a 2 year old liner .
Garbage. Do not buy this, they won’t stand behind thier product.

I’ve been shopping for darts equipment here for around 18 months and I’ve always enjoyed great service from the team there. You’re never rushed and the sales staff are always happy to let you try dart sets until you find the one that works for you. They’ve a really good selection of boards, darts and accessories.

It’s also a lovely store. Even when busy it doesn’t feel chaotic as they always seem to have plenty of staff to help customers.

When I’ve finally saved up enough for a hot tub, I shall certainly be buying one from them as well!

There was a lots of parking in the front, the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of darts and accessories. You are also able to test out darts if needed. Many pools tables, ping pong tables, hot tubs, pools and supplies and lots of game room paraphernalia. Perfect shop for all your game needs!

4.4? HMM we’ve been going to The Pool Shoppe for over 3 decades. The owner and staff have ALWAYS been professional, cordial and very informative never ever had a problem… ever. I don’t know what these complainers are all about maybe just grumpy people? IDK or understand or agree. The Pool Shop staff and owner are rock stars!
We will continue to go here for all our pool, hot tub and fun stuff needs. XO
