My experience at The Skin Room was absolutely amazing! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was soothing, and the attention to detail in the decor was evident. The treatment I received was more than top-notch, leaving me feeling like I knew I had made the right choice. Katelyn is highly skilled and made sure to cater to my targeted need, Melasma. I can't recommend the Skin Room enough for the fantastic service and overall atmosphere. MediKate is by far the best skincare brand I have ever used! The product line is organically derived and naturally free of harsh chemicals. I also love that the company is Canadian and that the products are all developed by the owner (Katelyn). After using this line my skin looks and feels amazing and I hardly use foundation anymore. Katelyn genuinely cares that her clients achieve the results they want and has put all of this energy into creating products that do just that. It’s hard to choose a favourite product but if you’re just starting out I recommend Refresh wash and Glow as must haves!

I was watching The Skin Room for a few years had a treatment here and there, but then January 2020 I finally made an appointment and got a consult on the Medikate products and have been hooked ever since! I wish I wouldn't have waited! Katelyn is amazing and so knowledgeable! The quality of these products show in the results! I love that Katelyn created these products herself and its Canadian made! I have tried/own almost all of the Medikate line and every product is as good as the other! Katelyn recommends products that work for your skin, not just a basic 3 step program. I cant stop raving about her and her business! My skin is sensitive and I don't have to worry about reactions with Medikate! Since using her products exclusively for 12 months I have noticed my skin is so soft and healthy! Honestly you cant go wrong with product from the Medikate line! But try Refresh and you'll be obsessed from the first wash!
