Sheldon was extremely knowledgeable, patient with explaining everything and answering all of my questions, fast and reasonably priced.
He tested our water for items that other companies previously hadn't included, and he also shared the results and explained them to us which is something that had always seemed to be brushed over by our previous water treatment company.
Sheldon was very fast to fix our system as well. We reached out to him to let him know we wanted to move forward with his quote and he was replacing the system TWO DAYS later AND his service was incredible.
He shared tons of detail about the system, how it works, what it will and won't do, what we can expect from it, and even a suggestion for future if we're noticing anything negative with the water again.
Sheldon also mixes the filtering media himself so he can tailor it to the exact specifications needed for our particular water issues. All other companies that we have dealt with just use stock products and sadly, we didn't ever have "perfect" water with those systems. Now our pressure is better, colour is clear, staining from iron is gone and Sheldon's quote was bang on. No hidden fees, extra charges or anything of the sort.
We're very happy with Sheldon's work and would recommend him to anyone needing water treatment solutions.

Sheldon was extremely helpful in diagnosing our water issues. We had 2 other companies come review our system and provide suggestions before he did and Sheldon's suggestion was less expensive, more effective and he tested for something that the other companies did not, resulting in us finding out more important information about how to treat our water. He shared tons of information about the system he was suggesting, he gave us pros and cons and expectations for how it should work, as well as suggestions for an additional system in the future to extend the life of this one and correct any potential water issues that he warned could happen later on.
He was extremely fast too! We reached out about an assessment and quote and he was able to come just a few days later. His quote was the exact price that we paid after everything was replaced, and when we emailed him to let him know we'd like to move forward, he was at our house with all parts and pieces TWO days later to install the new system. Absolutely fantastic service. He really knows what he's talking about and was very trustworthy.
He followed up shortly after installing the system to make sure it was working well, too!
It's also a huge bonus that he accepts all forms of payment. Our last company was cash or etransfer only and we just found that inconvenient.
We would highly recommend Sheldon for any water treatment issues!

Our experience with Sheldon at The Water Doc has been amazing. We have tried so many companies over the years and spent thousands of dollars on different systems and haven’t had the best of luck, until now. Excellent customer service, friendly and he really knows his stuff. The work area was left clean and tidy, always available to answer any questions and the results are amazing. I highly recommend calling The Water Doc, you will not be disappointed.
