I went to hospital today because my wife had ultrasound around 12 after that we waited in the emergency waiting room for the reports and we have newborn baby with us. But after 4 hours the milk we brought from home for baby is all used and i nicely asked the employees in the emergency department if they can provide the milk bottle for my baby but they start making faces and they said we will provide you but after 30 minutes no one came so i again asked but someone said she has no idea ask someone else. At the end i have to leave the hospital because my baby is hungry and we cannot get the reports.
Very poor staff service.

Probably needs more employees with better understanding of being ethical while treating patients. There are so many patients who does not have english as their first language. So they have hard time to explain their concerns 100% to the doctor. I think it would be great if those patients are being diagnosed or seen by specifically doctors after a long waiting time, are seen patiently by giving the person atleast good time to speak or explain their concerns. Going to TDH meaning you need atleast 8 hours for whole process. Not being listened or diagnosed properly or to tell the patients "go take tylenol" is not a good idea rather seeing patients patiently and try to understand the concerns they have. I know there are lack of doctors during the nights and it is said that "only one doctor" is seeing all at the moment. But still TDH should have more than one doctors because TDH is only option timmins has. I see many students who go to TDH for their health issues and either they could not explain what is exactly happening to them or they were not properly listened by the doctor because the doctor was the only doctor who is running everywhere to finish the list he has. it can be related to my personal experience as well!!!

Dr.Bill went above & beyond to help my husband tonight. He showed old school practice with excellent bedside manner. If you have the pleasure of having him as your Dr then your in luck. Very knowledgeable!!! Thanks again Dr. Bill

Went to emerg 2 days ago. Not a bad wait. Dr Glover was excellent! Thorough, efficient, ordered an x-ray just to be sure. Prescribed me some physio.

By far, one of the worst hospitals I’ve been to. The only saving grace would be the very nice ER doctor that I had when I needed to get stitches. Otherwise, be prepared to wait 5+ hours in the ER and also an extra two hours for any other scheduled appointments.

All the useless people of Timmins is employed here . Who the hell is taking care of this restaurant. Yes i will call it restaurant because the way people are being treated it is just worst hospitality to take medication. No management, no medication, no facilities, everything is just useless. We have waited for more then 7 hours and still didn’t got medication.Every staff member is using phones and chatting on dating app here.

Worst service ever. I wish i could give less than 1 star. The emergency is one of the worst place bunch of the attitude people work there.
I was there for an emergency issue and still they didn't even respond to concern. They do not care about priority and only send the persons they wish to send.

Absolutely the worst hospital probably in all of Canada bunch if incompetent idiots that speak in circles and tell you you might have an issue then tell you you don't and you come back for the same thing and yell you it's am issue that they said you didn't have, if I can put minus stars I would hope this hospital collapses, kinda sad that cops that carry guns tasers and batons save more lives than the doctors there.
