Our house was built in the late 1960s and had an addition built with a garage underneath it, the previous owners had never ran ductwork to this addition, and chose to heat/cool it with baseboard heaters and a portable AC. We contacted Titanium to get a quote for running all new ductwork to that side of the house.

They were fast to get me a quote, they were the most reasonable of every one that got back to me, and they were able to fit me in, in less than a month from agreeing to start the work.

The person I was in contact with kept me updated throughout the whole process and the installers did excellent work, and I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I would recommend them to anyone that would listen to me rant about how much I hate the cost of running baseboard heaters in winter!

Had TM replace my 20 year old electric furnace with a new natural gas furnace from Daikin paired with a central a/c unit from Daikin as well. The installers were knowledgeable, quick, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The communication was great between my main contact (Tristen), he kept me up to date with everything and scheduled me in with his installers as quick as he could. They also included a free duct cleaning, which was nice.

I got nothing but good things to say about this company! I definitely don't regret putting my trust in them to get this fair sized job done.

We have recently had both plumbing and heating issues. To be expected living in an older home. I really appreciate the competent, knowledgeable professional, service that Titanium Mechanical provides. Are plumbing issue was semi urgent and was prioritized. An appointment was made for the next morning. Once the problem had been diagnosed, several repair options including price quotes were presented. They really take time to explain each of the options. There's no pressure and one can make an informed decision. I appreciate all small things, including time spent on the phone with my initial complaint. I really feel heard and I never feel rushed.
The call to say that they're on their way.
No, guessing as to when they will arrive.
They are personable, have integrity, and they do a great job!

Peter was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our furnace. He then presented several options to remedy the issue covering differing levels of repair and costs, and answered questions on the merits of each choice and that he was prepared to carry out the repair right away. After our selection, he got the job done a little quicker than he had estimated. He worked professionally and showed care for our home (even wearing boot coverings to keep our floors clean). Very happy with their service!

They provided prompt service for a furnace repair, but I was surprised to be charged on the driveway $833 before the repair was started. We had no heat in the house, so it felt like an urgent situation, and not a fair time to be pulling out a credit card machine. It turns out the repair did not work, however I had to spend weeks trying to get a rebate on the repairs. They offered to provide a partial rebate if we bought a new furnace from them, but it was $1300 more than a competitor, so we went with them. Eventually I put in a dispute with my credit card company and was able to recoup a fair amount of the costs Titanium charged for the repair that didn’t work. I would not recommend this company and highly recommend waiting for repairs to be completed before paying them. I will never call them again for service.

I wish I could give this company 10 stars. My wedding ring fell down an open vent today in my office building. After exhausting all measures within house, I called Titanium. They assured me they would retrieve my ring, he understood the sentimental value of getting this back and had someone out in less than an hour. This was not the 10 min Job they thought it to be, and once retrieved, they still refused to charge me, they were happy to get this back for me. Just genuine all around good people here!!

Not only did the guys come out outside of their regular hours to accommodate. They got a 5 hour job done in 3! Did a great job. Billy went out of his way to explain things to me that weren’t apart of the services. Great job, great guys. Will be a repeat customer.
