This clinic is excellent — the staff are professional, courteous, and genuinely care about their patients. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Mau-Duong Lu, an outstanding massage therapist with years of experience. His deep understanding of muscle structure and tension is truly impressive. Every session with him is highly effective and therapeutic. I’m very grateful for his work and highly recommend him.

I had very bad lower back pain due to a heavy lifting mistake at work. It got so bad that I was having a lot of trouble getting out of bed in the morning and a lot of pain getting up after being seated for some time.

Being treated by Dr. Babak several times within about a month completely healed my back pain and I couldn't be more grateful.

He even noticed and pointed out a few things that were completely unrelated to my back pain that are now improving my overall health. This went completely above and beyond my expectations.

Overall an amazing experience and great environment.

Thank you Dr. Babak!

Please read till the end as I have updated my review.

This review will be edited once my set of physio is done!
But for now, I just started my physio for my ankle here last week and have gone twice already. The receptionist is nice and very helpful with the process. They also accept insurance. Very clean environment, and the location is nice with plenty of parking spots. Also if you take the bus it is very close to the bus stop.
My physiotherapist is Johnathan, who is a nice and caring gentleman. He listens and gives proper advice, and he is very patient with my questions.
I had my second session, which was half an hour, and I had laser therapy and a little bit of ankle positioning, which he explained is going to help with the healing process. Overall, it is too soon to give a review, and I will update my review in a few weeks.

Now this is my update opinion after going to this clinic for 5 months. My physiotherapist was John, and he was caring. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them one by one patiently. Each session started with laser therapy, which continued with ultrasound and gym exercises. I was never uncomfortable in any ways with him, and my ankle is now fine and my shoulder is healing.
I had a chiro session with Dr. Babak about my shoulder pain. I had the pain for quite some time. He advised I need to take an x-ray and ultrasound and that how we figured I have a partial tear in my superstitious tendon. He is very professional and diagnosed based on what the patient needs.
I did have a few massage sessions with Mao, whom I highly recommend. Few things that stood out for me:
1. They don't give advise based on their own profit. They actually prescribe either medicine or any kind of services based on the patient's need.
2. I had some issues with my insurance and had 3 bills that were declined when claimed. They were not pushy and stressed about the unpaid bills and did not cancel my next appointments or delayed my physio sessions until my insurance problem got fix. As a patient, I found this very professional and heartwarming.
3. They were not picky about the time. All my physio and chiro sessions were more than 30 mins even though I was paying for a 30 minute session.
4. I had a tight working schedule and I know they close at 6pm. However, each week they stayed half an hour more for me to get there for my physio.
All in all, very professional, on time and caring people. This clinic will be my first choice if I have to do physio or chiro in the future.

I have been going for a few months now and have been very happy with the treatment I have been receiving. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and the location is great weather you drive or take transit. My insurance does direct billing so I don't have to pay when I am done. Overall truly 5 stars!

Found this spot on Google Maps and am surprised there isn’t much reviews. It’s very close to the VMC subway station which was about a 10-15 minute walk, so it’s nice if you don’t have a car or would just prefer to walk. I had great experience with the specialist I saw, Dr Davidson, who was very friendly and provided lots of information during
my assessment/session.
