I recently visited Tottenham Health Foods and I’m so glad I did! This store has everything you need to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, with neatly organized shelves filled with organic products, specialty foods, and supplements. Whether you're looking for gluten-free options, vegan snacks, or locally sourced ingredients, they’ve got it all.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always eager to offer recommendations based on your needs. I was especially impressed by their selection of natural beauty/hygiene products and vitamins.

If you're a fan of health-conscious eating or just looking to make small changes to improve your wellness, Tottenham Health Foods is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their offerings!

Always great. They have great deals & are helpful with any concerns and questions. This is definitely a safe space. They always go above and beyond. One instance was when I have had a medical emergancy close by & my 9 year old was smart to alert the staff. They took great care to make sure I was okay. I am forever grateful

Rachel and her staff are amazing. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and so passionate about what they do. They are willing to bring in products they don’t carry and prices are always competitive. The staff is continually educating themselves so are up to date on everything.
I usually do the shopping in our family but if I need items picked up for me, they are always willing to get everything together and ready to go for my husband.
Rachel has done a fantastic job with the store and her staff - so grateful to have them in Tottenham!!!

Amazing local store for health products. The staff if very wonderful and amazing. I love how the owner Rachel has kids of her own and has tested a lot of the products with them so any questions I have to help my kids she is able to share her past experiences. The prices are always fair and its always great to support local businesses.
