Had great experience before, stayed with the team and Dr. Zapolski for many, many years. Even followed them after they removed to Trainyard. Stuff was always friendly and accommodative to us. But everything changed so much in last year. Calling to get a refill, they are telling you that they will. And nothing happens. It becomes embarrasing, you don’t want to call so often to them, to pharmacy and so on. Last time was told that prescription was refilled, but it was not true. Pharmacy is faxing several times.. My new doctor - M. Awad looks very knowledgeable. Maybe they need more stuff? Or is it miscommunication?!

Leaving one star for the staff not for the dr. We love dr Amini and her care but I tried to reschedule my son's appointment and the receptionist threw me for another 24 days - i can't believe there are 0 availabilities until above 3 weeks from today's date and she hung up on me while still talking. Leaving a review maybe someone sees this and I'd be able to reach dr Amini sooner..

Dr. Effendi has been my GP for several years. She is kind, patient and always asks questions. I always feel heard and safe with her.
Dr. Effendi always listens to my concerns, always medically checks my concerns as well.
I am 49. I have moved provinces several times. Dr. Effendi is the absolute best GP I've ever had and I am grateful for her.

Always great service and my family doctor Dr. Effendi is amazing. They dont typically answer but I do receive a call back to schedule an appointment. Overall my experiencing the assistance I've had for my issues were always good.

Their website says walk-in, which I know is only for their physicians' existing patients, from 9 - 8 every day. So today, Monday, I go; and find out it's closed. And google tells me it's closed at 4 Monday.

The only reason this place exists is to give off-appointment service to patients of the physicians who get annual fee compensation for each patient. But I have to wait months for an appointment with my doctor, as I suppose everyone else does, which means this place is packed from the earliest hours with "walk ins" who should be seeing their family physician.

I don't entirely blame the physicians - the payment model in Ontario is ridiculously skimpy. On the other hand, my doctor's regular practice is filled with people from Quebec who can't get a doctor there (and why would the Quebec government increase funding when they can offload to Ontario?) or old folks from the long-term care home in which his office is located. Actual service to patients is negligible. The only reason I won't go to another walk-in is that physicians are now "firing" their regular patients who do that since it is charged back to them for not providing "off appointment" service.

Frankly, you're better off paying a doctor if you can find one who takes payments.

Walk in (for registered patients with a family doctor at the clinc) clinic hours keep changing! At least post it on the website or something! The doctors here are usually very nice. But some organization is needed for the walk in for sure. Other reviews say that there is only one person with access to the website but frankly it’s 2025 you need a better system than that if you’re gonna keep changing the hours.

Horrible unprofessional health. Care. Was diagnosed with "muscle pain, excessive weight as the reason for extreme hip pain. He (DR P BRUNET )never sent me for X-rays or other DX testing. Long story short..turns out I needed emergency surgery a year later for a hip fracture. Surgeon stated hip had been broken for more than a year! Never trust the arrogance of Dr.s. thankfully he is now retired.
