Unfortunately this is a big company that doesn't seem to care about small businesses. They will tell you what you want to hear but watch out.
They didn't seem to care about our needs or concerns as they were 8 months late finishing the job and it didn't even bother them. Just excuses to justify there incompetence.
We recently used them for a new store we were opening and they pretty much messed up on everything we ordered from them by trying to take the cheapest route possible to produce the fixtures while charging top dollar for everything. They had to come back and fix all our cabinets and redo all the vinyl walls as they used the cheapest material they could. They tried to use 6ml glass instead of 10ml for my display cabinets to try and save themselves money and they broke while they were installing the glass at the store. LOL. I have never seen 6ml glass on a display cabinet anywhere ever. There own installer had it shatter and cut him and would not continue to try and install any more of the glass because it was too frail and dangerous. This was their idea of heavy duty I suppose. I was firm on telling them we wanted heavy duty cabinets that would last a long time and be safe for our customers and them assuring me that's what I will get. From my experience with them, if you want to pay top dollar and not be sure when your products will ever be finished and don't care about working with a company that doesn't seem to care about you or the quality of the build or time that it will take then I would recommend them to you.
Again this is just based on my experience with them. Maybe they were just having a bad year as that's how long it took them to complete my job. Not even close to the 3 months they told me it would be completed when placing the order. I guess that's what I wanted to hear.
They also damaged my brand new floor when installing the cabinets and tried to say they didn't know how or who did it as their contractors or glass installers did not want to own up to it. We told them multiple times to be extra careful not to damage the floor as we just spent 10k on it but they didn't use any extra precautions and it was damaged.
I personally do not recommend this company based on my experience. However, I will say that working with the staff who were assigned to my project that they were very nice and also embarrassed by all the mistakes BGI made and I wish them the best.

Rarely do I come across such positive, incredible group of people. The service I’ve experienced with the BGI Retail team has been beyond my expectations and I will highway recommend them.
