This was my second time attending a MT session at TRCC as my initial post on August 20, 2024 generated a follow up call from TRCC management. Our follow up call was absolutely professional and showed me that sometimes people and (in this case Organizations) can recover from first impressions.

I agreed to have another MT session with Shannon and I left feeling absolutely balanced and refreshed. She had great verbal and nonverbal communication and we even shared our traumas as it relates to us both being Maple Leafs fans.

My body is feeling great today‍♂️

Dr. Terah Wong is the best chiropractor I have had to date. He takes the time to listen to you and understand your problem from its roots. He then plans the treatment with thorough explanations about the procedures he will follow to correct your posture or alleviate pain in specific areas of your body. I highly recommend him.

Joan Beaty is our favourite masseuse – we have recommended her widely to friends and family and now our entire family uses her. She really takes the time to understand your needs, massages with a variety of different techniques, and then talks through her observations after the treatment. She is able to recommend some daily techniques or exercises you can use to work on any problem areas. for athletic therapy expertise is also very useful. We can’t praise her enough – she has now been our massage therapist for three years.
